The room’s heater had chunks of dust, the pool was absolutely disgusting. My two year old put her hand in someone’s phlegm they spit on the side of the pool, which had a ring of dirt at the water line. The floor looked like it was mopped with a dirty bathroom mop because there were small hairs and bits of paper along the pool floor. The hotel wreaked of smoke. The poor front desk staff had a very long line of folks to help and had to answer the phones. Do Not Stay Here, it is expensive and dirty.

This is my second stay in ten days. Convenient location. Great parking. Fairly priced.

Bed was comfy, but the room was banged up. Paint chipping, dead bugs on the wall, curtains that weren't properly hung up, shower was a little dirty looking. Pool was dirty. Slides weren't working, and I am not sure of the last time they were. No breakfast. I would not recommend.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were kind and efficient with check-in and check-out. I cannot comment on amenities such as pool or restaurant as we got there after they closed and checked out before they opened.

This hotel is in an ideal location in the city however it has become very run down. The quality does not reflect in the price.

Fantastic breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean but definitely needs some minor repairs and upgrades.

Very nice lobby with comfortable seating. East side Mario's was delicious. My room was really nice. Nice to see the k cup machine verses the traditional coffee pot.

Rooms are needing major upgrades, windows are terrible. Myself and my 12 year old son had a 2 night stay and both nights we were so cold in our rooms, we had the heat up however the wind kept blowing in through the old windows and door. If it wasn't for the great staff this would be a horrible review. For the price I paid for a 2 night stay im greatly disappointed.
