Worse hotel in the U.S.! I have stayed in hotels in 45 states, and this is perhaps the worse one of them all. So many problems and utterly filthy. I cannot believe Hotels.com has them rated as a 7.0! Issues: 1. I reserved 2 rooms through Hotels.com. Only to find that only one reservation was made. Fortunately, I was able to add another room upon arrival. 2. First noticed the waiting area and the dining area was filthy. Nasty carpets and all furniture was stained and worn out. 3. The coffee machine in my room was filthy (see picture). 4. The AC had been off in second room. It was probably 85 degrees in there. It took several hours to cool down. 5. Floor in second room was sticky and dirty. 6. After taking shower, I realized I had no bath towels. I dried with washcloths. Next morning I mentioned it but upon my return to the hotel they still had not given me towels. I had to go to front desk to get them. 7. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were the smallest I have ever seen. Only good for one person ( picture). 8. The chair in one room was absolutely disgusting. Looks like someone urinated on it (picture). 9. Breakfast was poor. Ran out of waffle batter first morning. Basically, no food at all on second day (picture). They were so slow to replace it I only had coffee and juice. But I was lucky! My friend waited and ate the food when it came out. Then he got food poisoning and had diarrhea for most of the day. 10. TVs did not work at all on second day.

A really affordable place to stay. Breakfast is as advertised.

The reason I love staying at hotels… the free breakfast which was very good. I had a plate full of deliciousness. The lady did a great job on it and kept everything filled for the guests. The lady at the check in counter was very sweet and made check in a breeze.

There were no towels in the room and we had to wait a couple hours for some. We had to go downstairs to get as well. The TV remote did not work, the volume did not work. No toilet issue holder or waste baskets in the bathroom. No soap holders either. Not a good experience.

When I arrived they couldn’t find my reservation. I had originally booked a Sat.-Thurs. stay with Expedia but just days before I went, I booked to come in a day early on the Fri.. I couldn’t get a deal on Expedia, so I booked with Hotelscloud.com, I think. Eventually, after a lengthy 20 or so min. they found it but then they couldn’t find the next booking starting the next day. Eventually they found & I asked them if they could keep me in the same rm & not move me & she said yes & would leave a note for the morning clerk. Next morning the clerk’s knocking on my door telling me it’s check out & I answer the door & tell what’s going & she says ok & will use my same credit card. The room was made up when I arrived but the sink & tub had some dirt in it, there was urine on the top of the bowl & when I went to have a shower, a lot of dirt came off the bottom my feet, a lot, from walking on the laminate floor. I checked the bed for bed bugs but found none. While checking I saw that the mattress was severely stained with a dark colour of something on both sides of the mattress. The mattress was extremely soft & I ended up with backaches for all days. The pillows were flat with stuffing whatsoever & some had pillow slips but no pillow cases & some only had pillow cases & none of them were long enough for the pillows. I have pics of all these issues. I didn’t bother to complain in case they moved me or caused me any problems while I was there. Which brings me to my final issue.

This hotel for the price was ok, but when I got my room their was no towels and toilet paper. I had to go downstairs to request some. The bed didn't even look well made. The staff was great, nice and friendly.

It was a non smoking room but my room and the halls smelled like heavy smoke. The tv didn’t work and the floors were extremely slippery with shoes on. Unpon entered I almost slipped and fell. I did enjoy the free breakfast and bed was comfortable.

Property was being renovated so there was construction material, drywall dust, etc all in the hallways. The room had no phone so i had to go down to front desk for all enquiries. No one cleaned our room in 3 days. Needed new towels, front desk made us bring our dirty towels down to the front in exchange for new towels! Floors were sticky and didnt feel clean. Poor customer service, except for the older gentleman that would sometimes be at the front.

The staff was good, and they have begun remodeling but way past it's prime.

I asked since I was on crutches for a room closet to the elevator I still get put half way down the hall ways. only one employee was nice and didn't act like it was a bother to talk to us.

The room reeked! It smelled of mold, disinfectant, and cheap perfume.

Honestly just don’t recommend going

Everything else is great, but the room was too small, I can hear the TV sounds from other rooms, foot steps from upper floor.
