We always stay at this hotel when visiting family. The only disappointment was the pool was not open. Hopefully it will be opened for our next visit.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Food selection could have been better. There was no cream cheese which is industry standard and many people expect it and depend on it.

After making the reservation, we found that the pool was out of service and our childrend were so sad. The I asked for any laundry machine and they do not have any. The first nigth we had pretty noise neighbors. Overall the stay was ok.

Has potential, however l, as soon as reliance on a person took place, so did complacency. The room was weathered; the center bed stand between the beds was pulling out of the wall and droopy, the bathroom was empty of all soaps, shampoo, and cleaning. I requested shampoo, only the shampoo was filled. The paint was peeling from the walls, the cleanliness was great. The room lacked basic maintenance for sustainability. After the room was booked through Expedia the pool became not available and zero refund was issued to transfer to another location for children wanting the pool; one of the main reasons for this selection. No laundry services as identified on the primary page, very inconvenient to be forced to a laundry may 15 miles away. Could have been much better, easy fixes but failed to correct issues

The place was quiet and peaceful and clean

It was easy to get to and it was clean.

We came here for one reason, as we're getting our bathroom remodeled. So we came to use a bathroom, and it suited our purposes admirably! The room was very clean and the beds were immaculate (a pet peeve of mine).

Everything was fine until last night, I called at least 3 times after midnight since there was a group on the 5th floor acting like they've a party (screaming, talking loud and even sound like there were running). I'm a military retiree with a medical condition that with those kind of stressors and that time I'll get kind of "loose". Like I said, we enjoy the stay until last night that even the first time I called I told the front desk employee to call the cops.

Nice reliable and clean hotel with an average breakfast.
