Laila is centrally located, I felt very safe in the surroundings and personnel was super kind and attentive.

Conveniente hotel, seguro y bien localizado

I usually stay at Laila because its very well located in between all neighborhoods you would want to go during your stay in cdmx. Lately ive been given rooms that are smaller than usual and in worst conditions. No outlets in the nightstand, bath faucets are worn, tiny bathroom (smaller than other rooms Ive stayed at). Buffet is great and has everything you would need; in fact this is the sole reason I stayed there on my last trip. Will give another hotel a shot for my next visit :(

En general es un muy buen servicio , todos muy atentos , solo que en verdad si deben cambiar el menú del restaurante , pedimos una arrachera y un vacío y súper dura y corriosa la carne , un gasto en vano

El lugar es muy centrico por lo cual realtivamente todo esta cerca. Aunque el hotel no es nuevo, esta en muy buenas condiciones. El personal es muy amable.

La atención del personal es lo mejor. El servicio a la habitación fue rápido y amable. Las instalaciones son antiguas pero están bien cuidadas. El precio es algo elevado, pero como opción a otras alternativas más económicas puede resultar aceptable en ocasiones.
