Good hotel

I loved staying clean and friendly

Great property

There were a number of issues with the room. From a broken cabinet to stained floors to damaged tubs to ripped chairs. The second issue was their breakfast was less than subpar. I stay at Hyatt houses all over the country. The food was cheap, and the quality was extremely low. Bacon with burnt and very very thin. No fresh fruit just yogurt, eggs bacon bread. House is typically a three star hotel this was a one and a half

I paid $60.00 to park my car and someone stole money from inside of car and the stuff in my trunk i called and report the issue the parking structure is secure I thought no cameras parked on third level four parking spaces from the entrance door into building was supposed to get a callback for management no apologies know how can we make it right nothing talked to 3 different people and nobody could help me just wanted my $60.00 dollars back the least that could’ve been done but nothing

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast choices were limited and not very good. Room was spacious and comfortable. Pool interior needs to be painted and landscape in the pool area needs attention. The neighborhood immediately around the hotel is not very pretty, but it is conveniently located.

Good solid hotel in an excellent location!

Everything was wonderful for the price point. I would definitely stay here in the future. I would, however, make sure that my room was not located on the front of the building in any future stays. The road was busy all night and the windows did little to block the outside noise. Everything else was wonderful, from the service to the facilities.

People at reception are rude no smile no greetings I feel this weird greeting and little smile on your face makes others comfortable and pleasant other thing I dont like is floor carpets in my room was very dirty although we book room with our pet that doesn’t mean carpets should be dirty my pet is potty trained and very well behaved small shitzu everything else was fine .in the picture you can see the dirty carpet

Everything was good for the most part. really easy to check in fast. only problems were the toilet and tv. toilet always made noise and tv didn’t work properly. barely any buttons worked while using the remote.

The location was superb for our night out to celebrate a friends birthday. It was truly a standard hotel with the basic needs.

We would consider staying here again when in the area.

We stayed here one night and had excellent service and experience so we extended our stay. Front desk was helpful in making sure we could stay in the same room. Fast forward to the next night. We arrived late we drove up to the 4th floor parking area our key from the previous night gave access to parking. We gather all our things and late night dinner and proceeded to the door. Our key didn’t work we called the front desk and Cedrick who was working the desk said we needed to come to main lobby and get a new key because we had a new reservation and we couldn’t access the hotel until we did. We had to put all our things back in the car and drive back down to the front desk…. Why couldn’t we be let in and use the elevator??? Very inconvenient but on top of that Cedrick was not apologetic or sympathetic actually quite rude!! He shouldn’t be at the front desk or anywhere around the customers! All the other staff we came into contact with the day before were awesome!! From the front desk gal on 7-7-26 and Billy the bartender they were awesome!!!!

Great stay and they offer a shuttle to the stockyards. However it wasn’t clear at all on how to get back so we took an uber after waiting 20 minutes in the place they dropped us off. Other than that we loved our stsyb

Always a great stay when in town. Close to the trail and convenient to Dallas restaurants/nightlife

Mrs Tammy was hands down the best! She was so sweet and caring to my family. My kids said they absolutely love this hotel!!

Check-in was a little bumpy because there was a discrepancy between the balance Hotels.com said we owed and what the hotel was charging us. But that was a problem with Hotels.com and not the hotel. Our stay was great. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Breakfast buffet was great.

The ladies in the dining area were absolutely delightful. Best part of our stay. Room wasn't cleaned, no fresh towels etc. Definitely showing its age.
