Staff was amazing

Excellent stay and really nice hotel. Lovely bar and rooms. However I wasn’t aware the spa was closed until I arrived which was disappointing. Also had a problem with the shower not getting hot but the staff were super helpful and gave me another room and a late check out.

Tolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage in Luxemburg. Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sehr sauber. Spa etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch ok. Frühstück sehr fein. Piano Bar ein Highlight. Absolut wieder in Luxemburg

Great hotel, walking distance to all of the markets and to the shopping of the old town. Front desk and all staff excellent. Great little cigar bar :)

Le Royal is always an excellent stay. The location is primo and the rooms spacious by European standards. Service is impeccable.

Too old and dated for the price. Location is good, though.

Hôtel was near my appointment and central but 49€ a breakfast is out of league. Also the restaurant is really not good

O quarto era de um tamanho excelente com excelentes comodidades como cafeteira, água, frigobar e roupões. A localização é perfeita. Funcionários atenciosos.

Overall, the hotel is very nice. The rooms are of a good size, clean, and the staff are very friendly. The gym is small, but clean and well-equipped for a small room. The spa is in need of a renovation. The bar is lovely and they make great cocktails, but as a non-smoker, the adjoining cigar room stench is very offensive, with the door opening and closing all the time. Also, the bar should offer some vegetarian options on the bar menu. I didn't eat at the restaurant this time, or have breakfast, but know from past stays that both are very good.

Hotel reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. Hotel and room were exceptionally clean and modern. Lovely room size, not too small. Only thing was the shower was in a strange position, when we turned it to use it, it sprayed all out of the bath! It was positioned in the corner rather than directly above the bath taps. Plenty of towels, changed daily, toiletries in the bathroom. Be careful that the ‘extras’ in the room are chargeable! Great hotel though and would definitely go back.
