room was hot the A/c made a fan like sound but produced zero cooling and very little airflow on any setting will not stay here again

Excellent location for what we required. Lovely friendly staff.

Hotel was amazing, we stayed to go to a local concert during the recent 33* heat wave. In the Reception there was a selection of hotel needs, snacks and drink in fridges to buy. Room was clean and well kept. The only down side we couldn’t get the air conditioning in the room below 18.5 so couldn’t really cool down. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. Selection of fruit, pastries, cheeses and a cooked breakfast. Parking was a bit confusing to get too but once in, it had been recently painted. Spaces were quite large and we could stay parked after checkout, so we could go on a walk about of Liverpool city centre. Staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent stay, very modern, very clean and staff very helpful. We're going back again. To all the staff from reception to restaurant. Thank you for making our stay brilliant. Job well done 👏

Had to pay extra for parking : got in late and was very noisy Rooms were basic and bathroom too Not a Marriott standard

Location was great for shopping

We had a room for 3, unfortunately at 2:00 am, we discovered that the toilet flush wasn’t functioning anymore and the AC wasn’t working properly either!The next day, we asked for a new room and everything was fine. Regarding food, we had breakfast , we were not impressed at all. The positive point is the staff that has been very nice throughout our weekend there.

The hotel is well-located, close to Lime Street Station. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Despite the central location, we were undisturbed by outside noise and slept well.

Clean room. Quiet. Good breakfast and perfect location

Air con in room not working on warmest day of the year. We had to ask twice for a fan for the room. Breakfast pretty ordinary too. Pretty disappointing for a room costing £350.

No water in room

Location, location, location! Three minute walk to Liverpool Lime train station with varied shops and dining within a few hundred feet of the hotel. Staff was lovely, I had an issue with the temperature of my room and they immediately facilitated a switch to a room with working air-conditioning.

Had a great stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The front desk lady from Georgia was especially awesome—welcoming, professional, and made us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was outdated and the bathroom was small. The AC didn’t get cold but it was only for 2 night so I tolerated it.
