Beautiful place with super amazing service I would go back anytime

This hotel has been under renovation for quite some years but is nowhere near complete. Although the room we had the beds were in good shape and bathroom seemed to have been updated, there were many less desirable features. Ceiling texture was peeling off, Mini fridge was hard to get at where it was sitting in the middle of the floor, TV had no cable so we had to use a Roku box to access any content. There was no coffee maker, just a kettle and instant coffee. The property listed that they have an attached restaurant and bar of which neither was opened. Upon registering we came to a locked door at the lobby of which had a ring camera to call for assistance. Outside appearance has not been cleaned up and some of the railings going up the stairs seemed unsafe. For the price compared to the other hotels in the area it was okay for a quick nights stay but still seemed overpriced for what the property offered.

This place was falling apart, our deadbolt latch was broken, door at one point looked like it got kicked in. Stairs rotting unsafe, restaurant no longer in operation. A/C didn’t work, fridge broken, bedroom window cracked. Over all this building should be condemned and pulled from Expedia. Pictures on Expedia site are from years back when it was in newer condition, very false advertising. Even though it was inexpensive, there should be some pride for the property. I would not recommend and shut this place down.

Booked for 3 days, but had to leave in just one day, the hotel is terrible.

I had a very disappointing stay. The room was not clean at all. There were spiders in the room and the housekeeping did not clean properly even after multiple requests. The bed sheets had stains and the floor was dusty. Definitely not worth the price. I do not recommend this place.

Stay at your own risk...Price is fine- but do yourself a huge favour and spend a little extra to go elsewhere. We tried this place with hope and we ended up leaving at midnight one night to drive to new hotel and forfeit our stay because of unsettling behaviours of people & noises outside our room. A list of a few things: black paint? stain on blanket, fruit flies, giant open hole in the wall under the sink where many things could crawl in from, always weird behaviours and people coming in and out at all hours, they advertise restaurant online & on their list up sign but there's no restaurant or gym (door that says fitness room but staff confirmed therea never been one). Its honestly just a sketchy place with low cleanliness. Stay at your own risk.

The room was clean. The exterior left something to be desired. It is an exterior motel. If you’re looking for a cheap clean room this will do.

It was a very good stay. The staff is very nice, friendly, helpful, and perfasional. The room is clean, and everything in the room is working very well.

The Art Infinity doesn't look like much from the outside, but our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Very good value.

Very comfortable and clean

The amazing staff remembered me and my scent allergies, removed the Glade plug-in from my room and opened all of the windows to air the room out before my arrival. Renovations are ongoing and the place is really starting to look a lot better. Always love the clean rooms and comfy beds. It’s great to have a bedroom separate from the living space where there’s a couch or a couple of chairs. Conveniently located next to a family restaurant that makes good breakfasts.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property itself is undergoing renos. The rooms were clean but the duvet cover had a burn hole in it. Dirty kleenex in the bedside drawer and a towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Cigarette butts all over the side stairs. Checkout was quick and easy.

Awesome stay

Clean, new supplies everyday, walkable and convenient. Staff very helpful, one of the best hotel we have been to.

Parking was good, Staff was nice, didn't find the air conditioning.
