Compass Hotel is amazing! They’ve designed everything so well. Great spots for board games, excellent food, and the live music nights with local artists are fantastic. The bonfire evenings are magical - perfect for meeting other guests and relaxing. Our room was spotless and comfortable. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. If you want a cozy, authentic experience over a generic big hotel, this is it. Highly recommend! Perfect for couples or solo travelers.

The front desk was the rudest we have ever experienced. Beyond words. She (you with the glasses) should get a nice dose of hospitality training. There is only one elevator for the entire hotel which resulted in long wait times. The breakfast buffet line was really long and we couldn’t get breakfast each morning during our stay. There wasn’t much seating and we saw some people going back to their rooms with plates in hand due to the lack of seating. We had to grab something nearby for breakfast which might sound okay but one of the reasons why we booked the hotel was because of the breakfast they market on the website. Maybe the ChatGPT writing oversold it? We think the buffet was overrun by big, multigenerational family staying for the July 4th weekend. The hallways were pretty loud and felt pretty swampy and humid at times. The rooms are pretty clean which is great but the AC is super loud, often waking you up multiple times a night. The hotel needs blackout curtains because the sunlight will wake you up as soon as it finds its way to your face. We went to see the pool that looked nice in photos but were left disappointed when we saw the small size which might be cute to some but since the hotel offers resort passes to non-guests, it’s not an ideal situation. The hotel is definitely “boutique” since it’s a cosmetically redone hotel but if you’re okay with the above, the location is good. We definitely won’t be staying there EVER again. Good luck!

This is our third stay at the hotel. We really love that it’s very safe and comfortable. The kitchen it’s very convenient and the included breakfast it’s a plus. Staff it’s always very helpful. Today Trista helps us with our check out process and she was great. Thank you to all the staff for makes us feel welcome.

Hotel made us feel like we escaped to an all inclusive resort for a couple of days. Great pool And backyard area for kids. And adults. Bar service around the pool. Friendly staff. Safe location. Renovated rooms. Just a short ride to 5th street

Breakfast is amazing, the pool vibe the best in Naples. They gave us chairs and umbrella for the beach, everything brand new. My only recommendation: they have just one EV charger ( the slowest one) so they should add a few more

Store og romslige rom, flott med adskilt soverom og rom med sofa/sitteplass og eget kjøkken. Rent og pent. Bra med parkeringsplasser, fikk parkering på baksiden av hotellet rett ved rommet. Flott med inkludert parkering! Fungerte veldig bra, trygg og fin parkering med kort og enkel vei til rommet. Meget god frokost som var inkludert. Overnattet bare 1 natt her, men ville gjerne vært flere netter. Kan anbefales på det sterkeste! Elsket Naples, spesielt solnedgang fra stranden ved siden av Naples pier.

We had an excellent stay at Compass by Margaritaville! The staff was friendly and attentive, and we were able to truly relax and rest. On a rainy day, there were fun lobby activities that kept the kids entertained, which was a great touch. The breakfast was delicious and well-organized. We loved everything about our stay and would absolutely choose this hotel again!

Great experience

We had a nice stay. But we had just come from another Compass location and had high expectations. During our stay, we had one incredible waitress (Ximena). She went above and beyond for us. But she was only there one night. We couldn't get any of the other waitresses to even pay attention to us when we were ready to order around the pool, we could only get service from the bartender. The front desk was very put out when we asked for a second pillow and blanket for the pull out bed that was advertised to sleep 2, but only came with a single pillow and thin blanket. I had to ask multiple times to get that. The pool was tiny, that was a bummer because the ouside space is SO fun. And finally, breakfast just wasnt as high quality as the other locations we have stayed at. We enjoyed our stay, but will likely stick with the Anna Maria Sound location.
