Great location, our room had a beautiful view, clean and very comfortable. The staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bilbao.

What a great experience, this hotel is perfectly located on the old town neighbourhood , walking distance to the metro station, bus stops, restaurants and shopping areas. The view from the room was really nice, the staff was friendly and willing to provide any information required. The breakfast was good, with good variety; clean and comfortable rooms. We loved our time in this hotel.

Excellent breakfast! Room was okay.

Reception staff were all very friendly and very helpful about local attractions, transport and parking. Hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable.

God beliggenhed, meget centralt. Der var pænt rent. Dog havde der været en gammel vandskade fra airconditioningen, der trængte til at blive udbedret. Der er lidt lydt mod gangen. Fin morgenmad.

Alt fungerede fint. De opbevarede vores bagage til værelset var klar. Var behjælpelige med steder hvor vi kunne spise aftensmad. Morgenmaden var fortræffelig

I think the hotel had recently had a refurb and it was good, the staff were very good and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is right on the edge of the old city so there were many pintxo bars and excellent restaurants and just across the river there was all the shopping anyone could want. I would definitely recommend it.

Bed springs were not good! Right on a main plaza so noisy on the weekend. Good location none the less.

Close to all you have to do or see in Bilbao.

Fab hotel, great location. Sometimes a little noisy from the street but this didn't bother us much at all. Friendly staff. Would stay again.
