Great hotel in good location with easy transport links to and from airport and into centre. Gym and pool was fab. Drinks good. Only negative was the anti tourism protestors outside hotel 3 mornings in a row.

The pool hours were not as they had said online and I am a swimmer I was not allowed to go into the pool. They were very stingy with their towels, and none of the staff speaks English, which is shocking for a large chain like that the older staff had no English experience I asked for to exchange my wet towel for a dry towel at the pool and I was literally treated like a criminal. Do not stay here. They are dismissive. I left this morning at 6:30 AM to the airport. None of the people at the reception said thank you for staying. What is your room? Can we help you none of it they’re arrogant dismissive and non-inclusive staff do not stay here. The room was dark, barely a window, and they didn’t make my room twice in two days bad management.

Vi gillar hotellet och har bott här kanske 4-5 gånger tidigare. Det skulle vara roligt om det uppmärksammades någon gång. Generellt är allt fint och rent men i år var det en del skräp runt poolen. Cigarettfimpar, servetter som blåste ner i poolen och blöta servetter vid poolkanten, mycket skräp som inte städades bort. Vi var vid poolen tre dagar i rad och det städades inte alls. Personalen lyckades under vår andra av tre dagar spärra våra rumskort så att vi inte kom in i våra rum och sa att vi inte hade giltig bokning för den dagen trots att allt var förbetalt. Det ordnades upp ganska snabbt men det kändes inte trevligt. Frukosten är toppen. Gott och snyggt och personalen är väldigt uppmärksam. Rummen är bra. Sköna sängar!

Great place to stay in Sevilla

Vår familie liker veldig godt hotellkjeden Meliá. Vi har bodd på flere av deres hoteller i ulike byer, og vi gir bare de beste tilbakemeldingene om tjenestene som tilbys. Personalet er rett og slett fantastisk, og maten som serveres er av god kvalitet og variert. For dem som setter pris på en god balanse mellom pris og kvalitet, er Meliá-hoteller et godt valg.

Clean room. Shopping center across the street; walking distance to the stadium and train station. Perfect location.

estávamos no Level , que tem um atendimento todo especial, mas quando meus pais que têm mais de 80 anos ( num quarto com acessibilidade )solicitaram que levassem água ao quarto deles às 19h ( não havia sido reposta durante a arrumação do quarto !!!) foram informados que àquela hora não teria ninguém para levar a água, apenas no dia seguinte ( !!!!!) . Achei 1 absurdo a resposta , não é digno de hotel daquele nível e a "experiência" level se mostrou uma grande firula

Ambiente curato, personale gentile. Si vede che è una catena. Colazione continentale super! Deve essere buono anche il pranzo/cena ma personalmente non ho provato. A 2km dal centro di Siviglia, comodissimo! Ma sono presenti anche diversi mezzi pubblici di fronte all'ingresso

Very helpful staff when we had a few issues that needed attention - very quickly service. Check in was very quick eventhough the email advertising touts that if you fill out certain info ahead of time ( which we did) we could just "pick up the keys" which in fact is not entirely true since you still have to again give your passport and your credit card and some personal info. The food at brfst buffet was fabulous and so was food at Mafia next door ( not sure if its associated with the hotel)
