Mi experiencia en este hotel está foi muy decepcionante. Desde el primer día hemos tenido varios problemas que, a pesar de haber sido comunicados al personal, no han sido solucionados. Pagué por una habitación con vista al mar, pero nos alojaron en el primer piso con un árbol justo enfrente de la ventana. Es imposible disfrutar de la vista al mar por la que pagamos. Además, he reclamado en tres ocasiones porque la ducha prácticamente no tiene presión de agua. Durante el baño solo caen unas pocas gotas, y lavarse el cabello tarda muchísimo. Es una situación realmente incómoda e inaceptable para un hotel de esta categoría. Otro problema es el fuerte olor a humedad en la habitación. Tenemos que dejar la ventana abierta para intentar ventilarla, pero entonces entran mosquitos y, además, hace mucho calor. Lo único positivo es que todos los empleados son muy amables y educados. Sin embargo, la amabilidad no compensa la falta de soluciones. Ninguno de los problemas que hemos reportado ha sido resuelto. Lamentablemente, mi experiencia ha sido muy mala. No recomendaría este hotel.

Meliá Cala Galdana offers an expensive stay that doesn't quite justify the cost. If you love a massive, high-energy "cruise ship on land" vibe like Club Med, you’ll appreciate it. The activities for kids and adults are exceptionally well thought out, the outdoor gym is a nice touch, the junior suite is lovely, and the breakfast is excellent. That's where It stops. The operational flaws are hard to ignore compared to nearby boutique hotels: Rooms: The standard Family Room was unacceptably small; with an extra bed, you couldn't even open a suitcase. We had to pay to upgrade to a Junior Suite. While the suite was great, the plumbing was incredibly loud—every upstairs flush sounded like a rainstorm on our ceiling. Also, the shower temperature takes forever to adjust. Elevators: Painfully slow and packed. We routinely waited 5+ minutes on the 4th floor just to find one with space. Dining: All restaurants were fully booked for dinner our entire stay. The hotel saves zero tables for overnight guests, which is a major oversight. Pool & Beach: Inexplicably for a family resort, the pool closes at 7 PM while the sun is still out. Beach access is down a very steep ramp; by evening, the metal handrail has baked in the sun, making it too hot to hold during the tough climb back up. Verdict: A resort with momentary glimpses of excellence amidst ongoing disappointments. Excellent entertainment, but too many basic functional flaws for the price.

Beautiful Place and people and beach, easy hike access or self driving boats to incredible coves, bluest water you've ever seen, great local restaurant on beach next door and the hotels beach house has good food too. ...... criticism's were they took too long to check us in when I checked in online, didn't tell us we have breakfast included when we arrived, there are really no usb or usb-c ports to charge any devices except a broken one under the TV., rooms are fairly small but whose really staying in the room. The elevators do not seem to have good software as there are four of them but they all seem to stop at all the floors whether you hit up or down, either way its 9 floors down to the beach so they need to fix that. The fancy restaurant in the hotel was not great, and they really do not cater to people with gluten sensitivity at either of those restaurants.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, de frente a linda praia de Calla Galdana. Quarto amplo, bela vista do mar. A desejar a conservação - hotel um pouco antigo. No mais tudo ótimo.

The staff at breakfast was outstanding. Very welcoming and profesional. Excellent service was provided too. Cleaning service at room 2 days were not good at all, and wasn t a weekend. After we complained it was fixed and continued to be good. Restaurant and drinks are overpriced. Would definetly recommend that hotel.

Très bel endroit avec un hôtel les pieds dans l'eau. La chambre était top avec vue mer + 3 restaurants au choix. Idéal pour une semaine de repos (ballade sur le cami del cavalls, plage, baignade) + visite de ciudadella. Je recommande sans réserve.

Hôtel très bien situé sur une belle plage, possibilités de petites randonnées. La restauration en revanche est assez chère, e un restaurant était fermé pendant notre séjour.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr schön! Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und aufmerksam gemacht.

Une pause luxueuse sur le cami de cavalls avec vue imprenable sur la cala galdana depuis la chambre , les differents restaurant et dans la salle de petit dejeuner

Beautiful hotel, location with fantastic staff

La posizione è sicuramente il grande pregio di questa struttura dava a Cala Galdana e sostanzialmente in posizione strategica nell'isola. L'hotel non è un 5 stelle, ma un 4-, non tanto perchè la struttura è vecchia, quanto a livello di pulizia camera e buffet della colazione. Improponibili (per il prezzo) le camere al piano 8 e 9 sopra la sala colazioni e buffet. Inevitabili i rumori della sala e gli odori della cucina.Inoltre sia alla mattina presto che alla sera veniva aperto e chiuso il tetto della sala. Buono invece il livello degli altri ristoranti.
