Great service and facilties

Wonderful hotel

5 star hotel with 5 star services and restaurants and 5 star prices. You get what you pay for.

It is a luxury hotel with excellent services, but small room.

L’isolation phonique de la chambre était moyenne (on entend vraiment les autres clients quand ils parlent dans le couloir), ce qui est surprenant pour ce type d’hôtel

I loved everything about the hotel. The customer service was definitely outstanding! The room was very clean. Only drawback was the crowded breakfast buffet.

I've been going to this hotel for the past 10 years. They always keep the quality high.

Property was nice and fully equipped, food was okay, location wasn't the greatest and seemed to be located in a residential area with nothing much in surrounding areas.

Staff were excellent genuinely seemed very happy. Training is obviously impeccable the Portuguese restaurant was tasty and very reasonable. Spa could have larger bathrobes

Great stay would definitely go back again.

The service was outstanding. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Rooms were a great size and clean. Staff was very friendly and arranged dining options for us everyday. Only downside is the distance from the historic area, but the hotel does offer a shuttle to the area every half hour during the day.

This hotel was nice because it was across the street from a metro stop which made it easy to go anywhere quickly within Lisbon and beyond.

This was the most amazing hotel! All of the staff were friendly and helpful even though it is a large hotel. We were on the 22nd floor with a view of all of Lisbon including the Golden Gate Bridge look alike. Antonio, our concierge was the most delightful young man. He helped us with all our plans and got us the best tours and dinner reservations. He was excellent at his job and we loved him. Our doorman was also really helpful and kind. You don't usually make such personal connection at a large hotel but this was the exception. The staff made our trip very memorable and helped us love Lisbon!! We highly recommend this hotel!

This was my second time at Corinthia Lisbon and it did not disappoint. There are 3 restaurants on the property and this time I got to sample all of them. Great food all around, but the best part of my stay was the staff. From check in to departure, my experience was mostly positive, and when we had a little snafu, it was very quickly resolved with the utmost care and attention. It was my friend's birthday and she received lovely bottles of champagne to celebrate. The area around the lobby was so comfortable and inviting (with the decor and fresh flowers), that we didn't go out much in the evenings. Another wonderful feature of this hotel. We also visited the spa, which was an other worldly experience (be sure to check out the water therapy - we received this as a complementary amenity). Serene, calm, not busy - this is deliberate to ensure everyone has a relaxing experience - and multiple options from which to choose. My sincere thanks to Miguel, the Duty Manager during our stay. He was very friendly and approachable, and treated us really well. Oh, and the breakfast is also fantastic' Lots and lots of options; and the accompanying piano music is also a thoughtful touch.

The property is in very good condition and the hotel makes a big effort to create diverse spaces & choices for their guests. We visited all 3 restaurants & they were all amazing. The spa & pool area is beautiful & the customer service is top notch. No complaints here. I wish I could have stayed longer.

We stayed here for a week for my bday. The staff were great from the moment we checked in until the day we left. They helped to make my bday very special. The hotel is right across the street from the train station. You can take 2 trains from the airport to get to the hotel. Great restaurants a shot Uber/Bolt ride from the hotel. The Guest service staff were great in helping us get tickets for the bus to visit Tomar, and also Fatima. They also helped us book our tickets Quinta de Regalria?? I would not hesitate to ask them for help with anything from booking tickets to making a dinner reservation for you. They are great. There is also a LIDL grocery store in the train station across the street that is super handy. I would definitely suggest staying in this hotel. Rooms were super clean, with nightly turn down service (including a chocolate). Bathroom amenities included hair conditioner, not just shampoo.
