Le personnel nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. Tous étaient très avenants et sympathiques. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Tout était très propre. La salle de bain n’était pas très fonctionnel pour le nombre de personnes - pas d’espace de séchage pour les serviettes.

The front desk staff was excellent and very helpful

We were able to check in early and park our vehicle so didn't need to look for other downtown parking. Very iformative and pleasant checking in and out.

Parking was a little expensive per night and the parkade height was low at 6 ft at the highest point.

Overall, the room was very comfortable, the staff were all very friendly, and the location was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. It is a great hotel, and we especially appreciated that it is pet-friendly. The hot tub was also very relaxing. The only two inconveniences we experienced were with the bathroom and the fridge. The toilet kept getting clogged, and we had to ask maintenance to come fix it every day. We actually felt a bit bad having to call them so often, but it did make our stay a little inconvenient. Also, the fridge seemed to be too cold. It should have been set as a refrigerator, but the milk we put inside froze overnight, so we couldn’t drink it. Other than these issues, everything else was great.

Parking was gredt and very inexpensive. Staff are very friendly.
