Great location and amenities.

Room was good condition, clean and spacious. All the staff were nice and helpful. Hotel however is overpriced and absolutely not worth £300 a night, minibar prices are okay for soft drinks. Spirits very expensive. Restaurant lacked choice and was £20 for a small bit of stone bass.

Room was spotless, The use of the Virgin gym facilities was fantastic. Staff were very helpful and brough a kettle to the room when asked. It was very quiet on Friday but sadly it was noisy and difficult to sleep on Saturday night due to the cars racing around outside the hotel in the underground area of canary wharf. Better to be on the River side that the city side of the hotel during the weekend

Spacious, clean, fantastic staff that went above and beyond. Breakfast was incredible... bed was faboulously comfortable. Could not have asked for more!

Spacious rooms, very friendly staff, good level of cleanliness

The rooms and hotel was awesome however the location of our room faced a busy road and was pretty noisy all night like you was on the side of a formula one track. But the hotel and staff itself was absolutely perfect. The location was also good in terms of being able to just stroll into Canary Wharf. Just a shame about the noise of the road but no fault of the hotel.

The Room was not clean. drawers were full of used napkins, a fruit, old eyeglasses ... Not what you expect in a "5 Start" Hotel ! Nothing was offered in order to "compensate" for the situation !

Great stay

Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü, oda temizliği iyiydi. Yatak biraz fazla yumuşaktı, kahvaltıda domuz olmayan şarküteri hiç yoktu. Bu konunun düzeltilmesi lazım.

Wonderful stay. The hotel is magnificent, from the reception to the gym, the swimming pool and finally the rooms, nothing to say, it's perfect. A big thank you to the whole team for their welcome and kindness throughout our first stay in London. Special mention to Sahel, Dalo, Niko and Mohamed (sorry if I've spelt some names wrong 😅, but the sentiment is there) for their kindness and for responding to all our requests.
