Helt ok Hotel. Sentral beliggenhet

The convenience, love the location, very beautiful, smell great and the people were very nice. And it smelled great. We were outside.

The air conditioner was not working properly , even with the diagram on the wall we still had to have staff come and manipulate the control.

Location is a must.

Otelin ücretli park yeri var ama google otopark girişini göstermiyor. Bulmak biraz zor. Merkeze yürüyüş mesafesi çok yakın. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve kaliteli. Oda banyosu çok dar, oda yeterli, balkonu var.

Loved our 4 nights spend there. Staff and everything was excellent. I recommend it for sure.

Exceptional staff. Delicious breakfast options. Clean rooms. Well maintained property. Easy walk to Old Harbor area and bus stops. Although located near a busy intersection if the sliding doors were closed it was very quiet. My only issue is an architectural one. Just a heads up though, not a complaint. The small step up and down through the entrance doors is almost unnoticeable and I did nearly trip on it a couple of times. It is a beautiful hotel. We also had dinner there twice and the food was great. Loved having an elevator available. I’d stay here again. Thank you for everything.

Localização perfeita, a poucos metros de várias lojas e diversos restaurantes maravilhosos no centro antigo. O staff é muito prestativo e simpático, sempre pronto para atender nossas necessidades. Um especial agradecimento à camareira, que percebeu que não gostávamos de travesseiros altos e trocou nossos travesseiros por outros mais baixos sem pedirmos. O colchão era muito mole para nosso gosto. Café, água e chá disponíveis no quarto sem custo. O quarto é muito confortável e espaçoso. A sala de ginástica é ótima, com diversos aparelhos. Apesar de estar em uma rua muito movimentada, não era possível ouvir ruído dos carros quando as janelas do quarto estavam fechadas. A garagem do hotel é bem pequena e usada praticamente para deixar o carro ao chegar e pegá-lo para sair, pois os funcionários levam e trazem os carros de outros estacionamentos próximos. Se isto é um problema para o hóspede, melhor não ir de carro. Há um custo de 12 euros por dia, mas vale a comodidade. Definitivamente Chania não é um local para se deslocar de carro, a não ser que precise dele para aproveitar as praias e locais mais distantes. O café da manhã é diversificado com bons itens. Senti falta apenas de uma descrição indicando o que era cada item, quando eles não eram óbvios.

This is an absolutely perfect spot if you want to visit Old Town Chania. The hotel was bright and always very clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The rooms are comfortable and all the amenities are there. For tours we were picked up right outside the hotel. A lovely sand beach is only a 15 minute walk. All of the staff were wonderful especially Nicholas

Great hotel! Awesome location!

The staff at the Kydon were fantastic as they were efficient and welcoming. The buffet breakfast every morning set us up for the day. The location was also perfect as it was central to everything and we walked to Old Chania Town restaurants and shops. We loved our stay at the Kydon and will recommend it to family and friends.
