Excelente ubicacio y atención, nos ayudaron con el cambio de moneda en buena tasa… se escucha todo de las habitaciones vecinas

The junior suite has a separate living area. The VIP wine gift was good quality. We can see our car parked in a pay lot across the street from our room (not the hotel’s parking; we didn’t know they had any). We are on 9th floor, so high enough to reduce street noise from the busy Corrientes below. The hotel is less than a block from the Obelisco & the area is full of dining options. This is our second time staying here & would come again if a downtown stay is needed.

Muito boa localização. Estrutura dos quartos otima. Todavia, acústica ruim...muitoooo barulho e as cortinas isolam metade da luminosidade. Isso foi beeeem ruim.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig um sich zu Fuß die Stadt anzusehen. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und hat ein sehr schönes Frühstück. Alle Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit und freundlich. An der Rezeption war es manchmal auch so, aber manche Mitarbeiter waren sehr wortkarg und haben einen kaum angeschaut. Aber wir würden immer wieder dort übernachten, wenn wir in Buenos Aires sind.

Atendimento ótimo, quarto ótimo ,localização ótima , banheiro ruim… vaso sanitário a cada usada no mínimo 2 acionamentos reclamamos e veio uma pessoa arrumar mas não mudou nada, isso ocorre por estar bem antigo , eu costumo escolher o hotel pelo banheiro mas notei que em BA a maioria é bem antigo , a nota geral da avaliação me ajudou a escolher , mas 8.4/8,6 é muito para esse hotel pensando no banheiro que me deixou bem irritada … minha avaliação seria 7.8

The Staff are fine. The breakfast is fine. The locatuon is excellent! The hotel badly needs some updating. The bed wasn't comfortable at all; it was very hard to control the temperature; elevator doors would sometimes stick or not be level with the floor. Hopefully there will be some change. If not, there ar emaby hktels in the same area.

We requested an iron as none in room but it did not arrive. Hotel is in a great location but a little dated

Great location, right in the theater district, lots of restaurants and shops, one block from the iconic Obelisk. The hotel service was excellent. I added the breakfast to my reservation and I’m glad I did, it had a wide variety of options, and the coffee was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, in the theater district. It's small, not super modern but pretty decent for the price.
