Our stay at the Broadway plaza hotel was exceptional. Easy, fast check in with polite staff and a spacious room which was beyond what we were expecting in central NYC. Staff welcoming and accommodating throughout. Hotel was ideally situated for walking and using subway to travel around Manhattan. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend

Tiny room, typical for an NYC Hotel. But friendly, accommodating staff and location were big plusses. Easy walking to many places in mid-town. The room was clean and well-kept.

Loved everything about our stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel. Front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful as were their two security/doormen. Hotel was nice, room was clean and spacious for our family of 6, beds were very comfortable, and it was located in a very good location. Subway and restaurants were within walking distance, area is busy day and night but we slept without any disturbances. Highly recommend and look forward to our next stay here!

If I could give it 10 stars, I’d give it 11. Their service was immaculate. The amenities were great. I definitely recommend this place and definitely will be staying here again in the future.

Great location to get about the city. Great hotel and staff

Hotel was well kept, clean, in a central location, and the room was spacious. The manager tried charging a 50.00 per night extra person fee at check-in, citing that this was the Expedia rate. He then attempted to rectify by lowering it to 30, plus a bottle of wine. That was a satisfactory compromise, however upon checking the original invoice from hotels.com the Expedia rate for my extra guests was only 20 per night per person. So the experience with the manager felt like a money grab; not a great first impression. Otherwise, the staff and hotel were top notch and Inwould stay here again.

Super emplacement Chambre spacieuse

It was our first time staying at this hotel and it was an excellent choice! Everything was clean, the bathroom was gorgeous, bed was comfortable, and I loved how they provided snacks and water as a welcome gift. Each time we left and came back there was someone to open the door to greet us, and they were kind enough to offer was transportation services or help us look up food close by. Staff was polite and professional. I would love to stay there again someday.

We had a fabulous stay! The staff was amazing and attentive. The rooms were lovely and spacious (we booked a suite). The location was close to a subway stop, and walkable to dining, shopping, Times Square, etc. Everything was wonderful! Highly recommend!

Spacious room for New York City. Great location and friendly staff.

We enjoyed this hotel very much. We had a beautiful corner room with a perfect view of the Empire State building. High up on the tenth floor and the room was spacious, clean and obviously just remodeled or refurbished. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. A little noisy from the restaurants and bars downstairs. However, we were able to get past that pretty quickly by the second night. We will definitely be staying here again.

Chambres proposée sans fenêtre ! Qui plus est j’avais commandé 2 chambres et à l’accueil l’hôtel a essayé de me faire croire que c’était en fait 1 seule chambre double ! Enfin au départ pour l’aéroport, le concierge me propose un taxi moins cher de 40 usd que le prix proposé par uber pour aller à l’aéroport… résultat +15 usd « à cause des embouteillages » !!! Super quartier mais hôtel nul !

This was my 3rd time staying in the Broadway Plaza Hotel and it won't be my last. The hotel is immaculate and is a great location in NoMad. Lots of restaurants and shops around, and about 1/2 mile walk from the train station (Amtrak). There are also several subway lines nearby. We had a great view of the Empire State Building from our room and enjoyed the cool renovated room. The doormen are all exceptional, especially Anthony, who I remembered from previous visits. This is a top notch hotel in a great Midtown location.
