The usual high standards and a lovely refurbished room. One of our very favourite places in London and we'll be back soon.

House keeping did not attend my room on the second day but did when asked did not detract from the overall experience

Did not have breakfast as we are tea total did not use bar.

Fine apart from none of the plugs worked. Fuse breaker needed fixing

Das ganze Hotel ist sehenswert, Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Service ist herausragend und unaufdringlich. Es gab jeden Abend eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit beim Aufdeckservice und zu Weihnachten handgeschriebene Karten und Schokoladenkunst. Die Restaurants sind hervorragend und es gibt beim Frühstück eine große Auswahl. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Für Musical Fans ist fast alles in Laufweite.

Absolutely perfect!

I loved my stay at The Savoy!! The Customer Service was Exceptional!! The Concierge, Robert made all of my reservations and booked a Savoy chauffeur for my airport transfer. The wait staff in The Savoy Grill and the Riverside Grill were outstanding. The front desk receptionists were kind enough to escort me to my room when I checked-in, to show me how to get there. The Valet/Doormen always greeted me with a smile and always offered to get a taxi or assist with my shopping bags and luggage. The Housekeeping Staff were excellent. The hotel was decorated so beautifully for the holidays!! It was gorgeous!! Overall, it is a real treat to stay at The Savoy!! I will be back every year for my birthday! 5-Stars!!

First class service and ambience!

Great staff, particularly Rose in the Gallery. Food in The Grill was second to none and the Christmas atmosphere was simply magical from the gorgeous decorations to the snow machines at the entrance.

I highly recommend. We went with my 3 year old daughter and had a lovely time. The pool is great and the breakfast was amazing.

Our stay was amazing the hotel was first class couldn’t have asked for anything more. Everything was in the room that we needed right down to a shoehorn. Every detail was catered for. The staff was thoughtful and friendly everytime you saw them nothing was too much trouble for them.
