The staff was incomparable! So incredibly helpful and accommodating! Anne was very thoughtful, friendly and, above all, helpful!! The A/C in our room did not work and it was extremely hot, so we were moved to another room with EXCELLENT air conditioning and we were super grateful!! Thank you, Villa Florentine!

Amazing property. Service incredible food amazing. But be aware that the Michelin restaurant there doesn’t guarantee seats for guests. Breakfast is expensive but worth it.

Had a great stay

Room was immaculate and absolutely beautiful. Pool and area around hotel were fantastic. Staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff were friendly but they did not offer us any kind of service in terms of things such as a shuttle in or out of town, there were bikes in the foyer but they did not offer or explain them to us. They did not show us around the hotel or show us the spa or restaurant. There were a lot of people working but they mainly just smiled and greeted us and asked us about our day, they were polite and friendly but not much more.

Amazing stay. Everything was great, but the service made the stay exceptional.

Villa Florentine was nice but not as upscale as some of the other Relais & Chateau properties I have stayed at. The room service breakfast was not very good and overpriced. The layout of the suite was difficult with the bed upstairs and the bathroom downstairs. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly.

リヨンの街を見下ろす眺望が最高でした。スタッフのサービスも朝食も大変良かったです。ただ、観光後に公共の交通機関（バス、地下鉄、ケーブル）を使って帰る場合には、急坂の登りまたは下りがありますので、そこそこの足腰鍛錬が必要です。

Endroit exceptionnel ! Un hôtel authentique et luxueux sans être « surfait et prétentieux » avec un personnel très très accueillant et professionnel. Pourtant habitué au four seasons ,Ritz-Carlton et Shangri-la dans le monde entier , je découvre les relais et châteaux avec une belle surprise. Bravo bravo et je conseille vivement cet hôtel! Une adresse « de prestige »

Wonderful hotel in Lyon it was a fantastic stay for my husband and I. Very beautiful, the rooms are super comfortable with a nice terrace to sit outside. Staff was wonderful!!! So friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel while visiting Lyon.

Absolutely amazing hotel. The facilities were great, and the apartment was beautiful. On top of that we received food & beverage gifts and the service was absolutely top class.

Confort, superbe vue et amabilité

The staff was lovely. They made us dinner reservations at amazing places. We took advantage of the sauna/steam/massages. All great. Excellent buffet style breakfast with additional ability to order omelets and crepes. The room was super clean and beds were comfortable.
