It was a good hotel. Lots of nice little customer friendly touches. Team at the pool was great. The reception is a little hectic and the decor is intense.

We had a wonderful time, the whole experience was vey professional. The reception staff were very helpful. One slight niggle was the shower didnt keep the temperature and the toilet seat didnt fit the toilet. Everywhere spotlessly clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back.

Excellent Hotel with preservation of Ancient Nunnery but refurbished throughout !! Staff at Reception were always Welcoming and Very Helpful !!

We loved our time in Arles, very interesting small city. Very easy to see all the sights by foot from the hotel. Hotel is unique in its interior design and we loved it for a change. Ate in the restaurant which was excellent and staff very attentive and professional.

Mala experiencia. Reservamos una junior suite para 2 adultos y dos menores. Al llegar, íbamos de paso y llegamos a las 12 agotados, no tenían la habitación y nos dieron una doble para los 4. Al final nos compensaron pero al día siguiente, 9 horas de coche sin descansar fueron un infierno… Es más 4 estrellas que 5… comparando con otros 5 estrellas en los que acabo de estar en madrid y barcelona

Excellent stay at Jules Cesar. Friendly and helpful staff; comfortable, well-appointed rooms, large bathrooms and wonderful swimming pool. It’s centrally located on a main road so if you arrive and depart by taxi, you won’t have any problems. I can definitely recommend.

This hotel is beautiful and located in the center of the city. It is easy to walk to anything in Arles. The hotel is clean, cool, and very pretty. The pool and gardens are amazing! I have loved my stay here and am happy I extended my stay for 2 more days.

Absolutely glorious. The hotel staff went above and beyond for us. They were very friendly and ready to meet all our needs. Only wish I could’ve stayed longer.

아를에 매우 좋은위치에 있으며 작원분들 친절하며 조식 잘 나옵니다. 아를의 분위기를 잘 표현한 호텔입니다. 주차는 발랫파킹 가능하며 이용중 편리했습니다. 추천합니다

The property has changed since we were there 5 years ago. Gone modern decor. The dinner was ordinary. Probably would not stay there again

L’hotel ha un design strepitoso , molto centrale con parcheggio a pagamento a pochi metri (20€ al giorno ) . Non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante ne della colazione . Per la pulizia e lo stato generale è negli standard francesi . Nulla di negativo da evidenziare .
