Polite staff

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very convenient for everything I needed. They provided a hot breakfast each morning, which was delicious and a great way to start the day. Although the hotel was undergoing some maintenance and upgrades during my stay, it didn’t interfere with my experience at all. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!

The room and other accommodations were clean and adequate. Service staff were pleasant and helpful. Good place to stay for an evening event at the Antique Automotive Museum.

Close to Hershey park . Nice pool

No room service if you stayed multiple nights so you had to go to front desk every night to get clean towels.No hot water or coffee refills at concierge during evening hours. Breakfast menu was good.

Booked a king room, not available when I got there 30 minutes later. Hotel employee blamed Expedia. Expedia said they'd resolve the issue overnight, but in the morning said since I accepted a queen bed (rather than sleep in my car), there was nothing they could do. Front desk clerk didn't bother to talk to me or ask how my stay was, just said leave the key and we'll email you a receipt. Didn't get anything. First and last experience with both Expedia and Springhill Suites. Never again.

Staff were great and very knowledgable!

Hotel was clean, rooms spacious & nice included breakfast with good nightly rate. . Staff was very nice & great location close to Hershey Park, Chocolate World, Sweet Lights, Tanger Outlets & many restaurants.

Nothing I like about it .The jacuzzi was freezing the pool area was dirty.Staff was not nice at all

Rooms were ok but one of the reasons I chose this hotel over the others were because of the nice pool and being close to Hershey park. My son was looking forward to the pool so much and yet we find out their heat was broken! I asked the front desk staff regarding it and she said she couldn’t do nothing about it since they have no control over the heater of the pool and need to call someone to come in to fix it- yet when a few other girls when to complain about the hot tub not having heat- she came over and started attempting to “fix” the heat. Not happy with this place at all! Would not recommend!

Didn't see much in terms of restaurants close by. They had one takeout menu that would deliver.

Great stay.

Hot tub was not even hot all jets was not working properly.Advised queen size bed and was double and uncomfortable very disappointed.

While the room had a couch, it was extremely uncomfortable. We were there 6 nights and the breakfast was identical every day -- becomes very boring. Most places change some aspects of breakfast.

We had an amazing stay here! Good price,great hotel, Great location, great service! The staff was fantastic! Highly recommend.

Wonderful property for anything at Hershey Stadium. Close and convenient. The staff is top notch and so friendly.
