I had the pleasure of interacting with Imran at SpringHill Suites North Orlando, and he is a true standout. From the moment we approached the front desk, Imran greeted us with a warm, professional demeanor and immediately made us feel welcome. What really impressed me was how efficiently and calmly he handled everything. We had a minor issue, and Imran resolved it within minutes—no fuss, no runaround. He was fast, friendly, and made us feel like valued guests, not just another check-in. His service was so smooth and genuine, it honestly felt like we were being taken care of by someone who truly cares about the brand and the people who walk through the doors. Imran is a phenomenal brand ambassador for SpringHill Suites. He turned a simple front desk interaction into a highlight of our stay. Marriott is lucky to have him on the team!

Felicia at the front desk was incredible! She was so kind and was just so sweet to all of us! I really loved her! The property felt very dated and just run down. I debated leaving and going across the highway to Home2Suites again (where we stayed prior to our cruise). Wouldn’t stay here again - did its purpose, but I didn’t love it at all

This was a quick last minute stay due to layover at airport.

Fair price for nice enough accommodations.

There was a feeling of humidity in the room

I usually travel to the hotel by myself and usually have a really good experience but this time not so much. I decided to bring my family and service animals with us……..huge mistake. We called ahead to make sure it was OK to bring such service animals and we’re informed that it was ok. once we got home we saw a charge for $280 so I called to see what was going on and they told me that my animals were not servicing animals so they charge us a fee. I’m not exactly sure what makes them the authority on what is and isn’t a service animal. I do know the law states they cannot even ask for documentation let alone charge somebody without any kind of communication on doing so. The general manager, was less than helpful in resolving this situation stating that they will not remove the charge. Definitely appalling. I know it means nothing to the big machine, but they are losing my four trips a year there.

Nice place, good breakfast

Easy acess to high way, fridge and micrwave very convenient in room.

I always check under mattresses for bugs, no bugs here, but we did find someone's adult toy. Super awkward to have explain to my 13 yo daughter.

Overnight stay was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. No noise at night. Breakfast was tasty. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The only thing we found that was not to our liking is the bed was too soft.

Check in took a while because there wasn’t any staff at front desk. The 2 staffs were in the back kitchen or something. I waited at least 10 minutes until they both came out from the kitchen to check me in. Before coming to check in my husband called and asked what the pool hours were and the lady who answered the phone said “dusk til dawn”… Okay what it that supposed to mean???… Breakfast we didn’t get to try because we checked out early due to our flight. Sorry to say I’ll have to do a 3⭐️ staffs wasn’t helpful.

Close access to many places, although quiet.

The bathroom was so nasty and the carpets were dirty. The beds are not comfortable.The breakfast was poor, no fruits except for apples. Super simple breakfast.

The room was extremely outdated — dim lighting, old furniture, peeling wall paint, and poorly thought-out layout. There was a desk for writing, but no nearby power outlet. I had to physically move the desk just to plug in my laptop. On top of that and the most unaccountable, the front desk staff (front desk: Ayanna S and the manager: Lizz R) were terribly rude. I had a 12pm meeting on the day of checkout and politely asked for a 1pm checkout, a very common courtesy at most hotels, but was firmly refused without any flexibility or courtesy with bad tone. Overall, this hotel falls below basic expectations, and I seriously regret booking it.
