Upon checking in I was surprised with some $20 fee for what idk…then the listing said breakfast but didn’t say what kind actuality it was $12-$15 for breakfast and the girl working in the breakfast area was very rude with her answer.

Very comfortable and great location.

Quality hotel in a fabulous location. Close to food and great shopping. Pretty area with large pond and water fowl.

Original room was not ready, they did give us a different one. Tub was chipped and rusting, restroom light switch was broken and would not shut off.

Terrible! They have bedbugs - stay away! I was ate up

We enjoy staying in this area. The hotel is by a pond next to great shopping and restaurants. The hotel needs to be updated or at least the carpet.

Very nice & comfortable for this traveler! Great walking pond and lots of fun shopping nearby and excellent restaurants! The reception was excellent and very helpful. My one and only complaint was the the water bottle in the gym was not changed even after i asked...

Location is great for me. And walking around the small lake is lovely. The fun shopping next door is enticing. My toilet ran a couple of times, and the tub needs some attention. But I’d stay there again.

The concierge that works day shift, gray hair, glasses , black, very beautiful woman. Long story short: I got to the hotel two hours early. I made a sarcasticststement" I am early and i knoe my room is not ready.

Great for the older generation and good gym fitness center.

The breakfast was excellent! The staff were very friendly and were happy to help! Room was very comfortable and location to the NCAA events perfect!

Thought it was ridiculous that they charge for Breakfast. It would have cost me 100 dollars to feed my family for a Breakfast that should have been part of the stay.. for darn sure i will never stay there again. Also the bed and pillows suck very uncomfortable.

The only issue we had was the hair conditioner was empty. Excellent front desk service. Very clean rooms and the Wi-Fi was strong.

Hot tub and staff

Terrible! The desk clerk was rude, insulting, disrespectful, unprofessional and UNaccommodating. The hot tub is a joke, hot water and one jet, rooms are needing updated and repainted, $15.00 a person for breakfast that is normally free and tastes better. This is a HILTON, I have stayed at Motel 6 with better service, cleaner and definitely a better and more polite desk clerk. This lady would not even stand to greet you…!! Unfriendly! HILTON is an expensive JOKE!

We not like that the entire hotel smelled like marijuana (pot). Also, during our stay the hot tub was not sufficiently maintained or enough warm enough to enjoy. We later learned that our friends who also stayed the entire time we did, received a refund for 1 night. We also felt the hotel could use some major updates. The furniture in our room was strained and nasty, the mini-fridge in our room never got cold, the list goes on and on. Nevertheless, we wasn’t very pleased with our stay especially with this being a Hilton property. S. Malicott (OKC)
