Staff are amazing. On floor Manager, I think Chris, the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Staff was top notch and very friendly. They offered various venues to eat while I waited for my room to be ready. The property was conveniently located to nearby places of interest. The hospitality was the biggest plus for this property, and made the stay incredibly pleasant.

Very nice hotel staff was great

Location was great. Parking was away from the property.

Right by a traffic light. We could hear revving cars all night. People in the hall yelling all night. The tub was disgusting. Linens were rough. Bed was hard. Front desk smelled horribly of marijuana.

Well maintained

Our stay was for 1 night in a 2 bedroom suite. Room is dated and not well kept. Breakfast attendant was very rude. No tongs were provided for bagel station… I reached in to get a bagel and the stack of bagels fell over… I used my bagel to push the other back, so I could close the door…Attendant accused me of touching other people’s food. Just wow! Will never stay at this property again.

Animal noises in the wall all night, A/C vent would not shut off and blowing on the bed all night. Cars drag racing outside of hotel all night

Limited choice of breakfast. It's quite expensive for parking of $25.00 daily. The toilet and shower sink were clogged during my stay. The air filter is quite dirty. Friendly staff. I gave a three star because of the above issues. Overall, it's a great stay.

Room was spacious the views not great old buildings and garbahe. Breakfast was not good no variety eggs bread no sausage or bacon or waffles or pancakes. Yogurt. Cereal oatmeal. Coffee was just warm I drank it fast usefully black coffee takes forever.

Good breakfast

The location of the property is perfect for downtown and offer a great breakfast. What I disliked was the fact that they were repairing/replacing an AC unit in the room directly above us which was very loud and inconvenient for our stay. The repairs also vibrated the windows in our room which caused more noise. I went down to the front desk and asked if there was anything they could do for us and his response was "ear plugs." An offer for a different room would of been acceptable if one was offered, but it was not.
