I’ve had bad experiences with other Holiday Inns but this one exceeded my expectations. Staff was great, room was clean and looks up to date and spacious. The pool was amazing especially for kids. Overall experience here was 10/10. I will definitely book here again when I’m in the area. Keep up the good work!

I booked this room for a stay in Madison with my husband, 17-year-old daughter, and 10-year-old son. It was great! The pool isn't huge, so if you're there on a weekend, it could get crowded quickly. We visited on a Thursday and never had more than maybe a dozen other people in the pool at a time, and often less. The water was warm but not uncomfortably so. My son went down the waterslide about 50 times lol and loved every minute of it! There was a freak incident where our room key suddenly stopped working, leaving us locked out of the room with all of our belongings inside. Management was immediately responsive and gracious, even treating us to a delicious steak dinner from the on-site restaurant. Everything was clean and in good working order. Will definitely stay here again if we make it back to the area!

The front desk guy was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was great and the pool was fun as always.

Beautiful property and wonderful waterpark area for my young granddaughters.

The hotels pool was awesome except the light that was hanging out from the Hot Tub I didn’t feel safe going in there with it like that. The hotel room was clean and beds are comfy but there was some wear and tear in the room. Shower and bathtub were perfect. Didn’t get to eat the breakfast since I was obsessed with hitting the cafes in Madison. Check in and check out staff were very pleasant.

Pool room needs updated

The first room I was given ended up not being cleaned from the last guest. Food, glasses, bottles, dirty towels, debris all over carpet. Lucky they had another room available as they were pretty much completely booked. Location is good, overall quiet stay, nice pool area.

We enjoy this hotel every time we visit. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The entire hotel is clean and tidy. The pool area is welcoming and clean.

Nice place

Very nice hotel. Up-to-date. Comfortable bed and pillows, which is hard to find at a hotel often. The pool area was fun for the kids. The check in line was long, but the front desk staff got through it relatively quickly.

We were in town for high school March Madness at the Kohl Center Thursday-Saturday. Perfect location, lots of amenities, great service, awesome restaurant. Really enjoyed our stay. Only concerns we had were the company around the pool area who were vaping, drinking, swearing and blaring music. Lifeguards were present, but did nothing about it. Lots of older teen horse playing in pool and holding each other under water- again no reaction from lifeguards.

Everything was great. Room, pool, parking, pleasantly unexpected balcony overlooking pool. The breakfast was top notch. I will be staying there again.

Unfortunately we had a horrible night stay due to being placed on the same floor as bunch of high schoolers during the state hockey meet. The noise was ridiculous and the pranks were obnoxious and late. I’ve tried three times to contact the hotel manager and have not even heard back. Very disappointing! Also, our bathroom was gross and has a hole in the wall that no one bothered to patch apparently.

The floor in the hallway and our room was not vacuumed. The halls smelled like smoke, the ice machine on our floor didn’t work, the garbage in the hall smelled like someone threw dirty diapers in it.

It was wonderful the waterpark was amazing the free breakfast was a good spread and delicious

Quiet, clean and friendly

Great retreat with kids under 15. Pool is nice and staff is pleasant. Friday and Saturday the front bar is open for food and drink service. Be careful where your room is. We stayed in a room over yhe banquet hall during a wedding and our room vibrated until Midnight due to the Dj

Bar and restaurant were both closed. We chose this hotel because we wanted convenience and we did not get it.

Check in lady was rude as hell. No customer service at all. You could tell she was just pissed she was at work. Told us the bar was open on sunday. No bars were open all day
