Sadly, Hyatt is doing a terrible job with this property. Our biggest complaint: food and friendliness of staff. Food is borderline fast food quality in every location they have. Difficulties finding kitchen staff has created a need for fast convenient food in the kitchen. Not only does it show, our serving staff confirmed it. The property is beautiful. If only they can find good friendly staff and get this place back to what it was.

The hotel and staff were all very amazing. Especially the 2 Ladies at the front registration desk Saturday, June 14th morning. They helped tremendously to trouble shoot a double booking with Expedia. They helped me to resolve the issue. A very big "Thank you" to those 2 wonderful ladies.

Beautiful resort, but they gave us keys to the wrong room and we walked in a room that was already occupied. It was a long walk to the first room and on the first floor and our actual room was on the second floor. It could have a been an bad situation. Other than that we had a really great time.

This place is the very definition of peaceful. Every aspect from the sounds and smells to the hospitality everything is 5 stars

Horrible hotel. Should be torn down. Do not stay here unless you want to sleep with cockroaches without pillows or toilet paper and be near scary people within any hotel staff.

This resort is amazing! We had such a relaxing, peaceful stay. Beds are wonderful! Best nights sleep away from home I’ve ever had!

The setting is spectacular and the grounds are beautiful. Nice pools.

Needs to be more options for grabbing a drink during the day.

Beautiful location on the Rio Grande. Many lovely walking trails. Good service and delicious blue corn pancakes.

I was told at yhe frontbdesk to book online as it was cheaper. I asked for a soaking tob and got a tub/shower combination. The ceiling was filthy where the vent was blowing. The tub was stained and looked dirty. A vacuum could be heard at 7 am. The bed was comfortable and the bar food was superb!
