Everything was perfect.

The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is under renovation so it was a little difficult to maneuver. Parking was an issue getting to and from the hotel. Restaurant was good.

The hotel was very nice, and the front staff at the desk were truly amazing. I loved the chocolates and the turndown service of my bed at night. The concierge helped secure my driver back to the airport to begin a non stressing trip home. We totally recommend and would stay here again.

Excellent stay from start to finish! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room was very comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy and made it easy to get a great night’s sleep along with the air conditioning!The food was absolutely delicious with plenty of great options to choose from. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Safe location near University of Limerick. High quality room and amenities. Water pressure in shower was great. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice place, staff are very nice and helpful.

Weak A/c and the bathrooms in the rooms are in need of a update, black mold, and old caulking around the tub, shower is rather high up meaning anyone barely can step out without the risk of a fall... they give you a gross bath mat which I wand most people would never use but they have done such great work with the lobby perhaps they should invest in the rooms too.

The staff was very helpful!! Kevin was the best!!!!
