Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of assistance from the front desk and management, particularly their refusal to accommodate a to-go breakfast for our early departure. However, I do want to commend the security guard, who went above and beyond his duties to help us when the rest of the staff would not.

Ya se ve la falta de mantenimiento general, colchones viejo y mobiliario viejo. Ahora tuve mala suerte con el restaurante Las Hadas, eso personal con mala actitud y pocas ganas de atender.

The location was great with good Uber connections to Old Town and other sites. Also, the buffet breakfast that was included was very good.

The pool area, tennis and paddle court were the most enjoyable parts of the hotel. The breakfast does not offer ample variety and the servers are sometimes distracted to what the customers need. The staff at the counter is okay but not as helpful as they should be. They do not want to offer solutions when asked difficult questions and the manager is nowhere to found.
