Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The attention to detail was exceptional. Even to the point of providing gluten free biscuits in our room! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was incredible. We honestly think this was the best hotel we have ever stayed in in the UK.

We stayed at Bursted park Hotel for a night , the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The service at the restaurant was excellent and the room was very clean and spacious will definitely stay here again

A lovely stay at a beautiful hotel with top quality service.

Had a 2 day stay at Buxted Park Hotel for a family wedding. The facilities were amazing. The rooms for the ceremony were spacious, clean and well able to cater for the wedding guests. The staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing well cooked and catering for all tastes. The gardens and surrounding park is well kept, restful and beautiful. There is plentiful seating areas to sit and enjoy the views. Our room, (standard) was large, clean with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, safe, large wardrobe a clean well stocked bathroom, etc. Our room on the ground floor overlooked the garden. All in all a lovely hotel with all you need for a wonderful stay.

Efficient, friendly and helpful staff, great location and impressive facade but decor in need of refreshing, windows and doors tired, parkland overgrown and kitchen garden a neglected overgrown mess. The owners could have modeled the garden on Le Manoir des Quatre Saisons

Great location for events. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Need shuttle service between hotel and local train station for those guests who aren’t travelling by car.

Absolutely perfect stay! The staff are exceptional- friendly, helpful and energetic. The setting is stunning with beautiful grounds and views from our room. Breakfast was exceptional. We will be sure to return with the rest of the family for more weekends.

The staff is exceptionally attentive and kind. Natali in particular was wonderful and very helpful.

Fantastic friendly service from all staff from check-in to dining. Breakfast was especially wonderful and a lovely shout out to Sinon and Duncan for taking such kind care of us and bringing the warmth and laughter that was much needed to our day.

Very high standard hotel

Perfect situation for a country break. Comfortable room and public rooms, extensive grounds for long walks. Friendly and helpful staff and a well run restaurant.

Nice old Georgian house with an extension in keeping. Great staff and food. Smoke ground for a stroll in the grand air. Very comfy huge bed.

On our arrival Franco showed us a possible upgrade of our room which was value for money. Rob got us our lunch and couldn’t do enough to please. Phill is another asset to the company seating us to breakfast and showing us the Suites. Trisha was the the lady making the rooms and again really helpful, after this stay we will be back

Top-drawer stay with meal par excellence. Francesco went to great lengths to make our stay more enjoyable and is a credit to the establishment.

Beautiful main house but most of the rooms are in the buildings annexes along with the breakfast so you really don’t spend time in the charming old part unless it’s for a wedding function. The grounds are beautiful to walk around and As a wedding venue it seemed great but for a ‘normal’ stay it’s a bit disappointing if you want the ‘Jane Austen’ film set from the inside!
