A little far from the train station but very close to Palazzo Ducale / Piazza San Marco. Better suited for a few nights stay to explore Venice well - I was only there for one night. Very comfortable and clean, classic hotel feel with nice art. Staff were professional even though I checked in at a late hour. The included breakfast was well stocked with different savory and sweet options / hot and cold food, drinks. The shower was great, fantastic water pressure. Bathroom is stocked with amenities and even a small sewing kit that I unfortunately forgot to take. There is an elevator. There is a bar/cafe bistro type situation downstairs next door attached to the hotel that closes at 11. The room came with slippers and both a firm and soft pillow. It was nice and warm inside. Window in my room opened onto the street with a nice view.

Perfect location, 5 minutes from St Mark's square. The dock made it easy for us to take a water taxi with luggage directly to hotel. No dragging bags down the cobblestone streets. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast had a large variety. So easy to walk wherever we needed to go. Lots of choices of where to eat and onsite bar was quite nice.

The room was spotless, the shower was great and breakfast was spot on. Prime location, steps from all the hot spots of San Marco. On the downside the rooms were not well soundproofed and although housekeeping was excellent, they were loud and early. Additionally the restroom near the lobby was in a bad state.
