Le petit dejeuner gagnerait vraiment à avoir des produits bio et de meilleurs qualité, notamment les fruits qui restent limités et de pietre qualite. Des details a ameliorer comme la reparation du materiel de la salle de gym defectueux.

The staff at this hotel are superb and the location is ideal for sightseeing, I would definitely stay here again.

A very warm welcome and early check-in which was much appreciated. Check-in was highly efficient. Doormen were very friendly and eager to assist. If anything, front of house service was a little overbearing. I fully appreciate that staff are striving to deliver the most attentive service, but at times it felt more intrusive rather than helpful. The room was finished to a fair standard, but lacked the luxurious feel of 5*. The breakfast buffet is adequate, but not outstanding. There is a basic selection of pastries, cereals, yoghurts and fruit. Staff were slow to replenish the buffet and the service at breakfast was somewhat lacking. The fitness facility is poor, but I am extremely grateful to a manager who arranged for me to use a gym at a neighbouring hotel. The price point of this hotel is excellent and the location is superb.

Immaculate room with everything you need. All electrics and air conditioning very modern spec. Very comfortable bed. Modern decor and a very nice size.

The Athenaeum Hotel is without any doubt the friendliest 5 Star Hotel in London. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. We would like to thank Mat and Kal for going that extra mile to make our stay enjoyable

Absolutely fantastic staff at The Athenaeum. Every single member of staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. Special mention to the doormen who went above and beyond. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Great attention to detail and very friendly staff, from doorman, to reception and concierge, to cleaning staff. First day I arrived a bit earlier from airport and was able to get early check in. Was also jet lagged and had a couple Nespresso cups in room. The next day staff filled coffee bar with pods I drank plus extras of the ones I liked. Small things like that throughout my stay, that most hotels ignore and show attention to detail.
