Stay was okay, wouldn’t stay here again. Asked the desk for extra towels and was told they didn’t have any. Asked for extra pillows and blankets for the pull out sofa and was told we couldn’t have that either. The breakfast could use some help but it was free so not going to complain.

Room was dirty. The breakfast was awful. The facility was in shambles. Should have its license revoked. WILL NEVER STAY HERE EVER AGAIN.

Horrible and filthy !! Toilet didn’t even flush not did shower work!

I would expect better from a brand like Comfort Suites. AC didn't work when we checked in, shower curtain was filthy, toilet flush got stuck almost every time you used it, shower faucet dripped, furniture was tattered.

Room was absolutely disgusting. Free WiFi never worked our entire stay. Lobby was dirty and furniture was ripped and stained. Breakfast was not served on time, ended up going elsewhere. Huge hole in glass window in pool area. Pool area was unkept. Surrounding area by hotel was very sketchy.

It was very hard to get extra towels. We had 5 people in the room and only 4 towels, and the staff was rude when we asked for more.

Nice property booked fr pool but never got to use lots of kids running in the halls playing soccer and ball would hit our door can’t believe parents oblivious to anyone else this went on into the night at least 11 or midnight each night we were there

The room smells like sweat. Furnitures not very clean, we have to clean it ourselves. Water in the bathtub wasn’t draining good, and the stairwell smells.

The property offered breakfast and that was convient.When checking in we were given rooms on separate floors due to how the Expedia representative booked the reservation. The girls room was on the first floor. I had to clean the restroom because the toilet seat and floor was dirty (I pack cleaning supplies), due to chix crumbs being on the carpet in the sitting area I asked for a vacuum and was given one. I checked the pullout couch the sheet was dirty and stained and there was chips and donut wrappers with the remaining product still in them. When I brought up my issues to the front desk, the young lady apologized, took a video the vacuum and left the room (did not pick up the opened uneated food packages (crazy) and true. The lights in the pool area were completly off except one round light on the 3feet side of the pool and I was advised by the same front desk lady that maintenance will not come to repair a issue like that at that time of day (about 8:45pm) the poole had about 20 children swimming happily in the dark, a serious liability and unsafe for children so I did not allow my children to stay in the pool (I was the mean parent) I booked this hotel for the breakfast to save money and for the pool for the children. The carpets in the rooms are so stained it's crazy and the sheets on the beds do not fit we had to keep replacing the sheets because the corners would not stay. Check around before booking this location.

I have always stayed in this hotel when it was Hyatt place. It was a great place to stay and close to my family. Now it changed owner. The new owner still keeping the hotel at the standard of Hyatt place, the swiming pool was great. breakfast consist of sausage, eggs, waffles, cereals, muffins, banana, bagels, etc. Hyatt provide more variety of hot breakfast. But I think it's still decent over all. I was a little disappointed, I reserved a King size bed with a rollover sofa. they only gave me 4 pillow and when I ask for 2 more for my kids they refused, they only give me 1 additional pillow. There are no extra blankets for my other two kids.

There’s was hairs in the sink .mirrors where dirt table leg was broke almost fell off when I sit there to eat .

When checking in,

Ordered to rooms for 4. All wanted are own beds. The 2 rooms were literally at separate ends of the hotel. Not impressed with the thoughtfulness of 4 people traveling together and separated that far apart. Might as well of stayed at 2 separate hotels.

Walked in and stayed for 10 mins while I booked a different property. The pool area had a huge hole in the glass, entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke and marijuana, huge stains on the carpet in the rooms, beds very poorly made and fitted sheets not pulled down to cover the mattress, old/run down and not in a good area of town. Would not recommend.

You get what you get. For the price it is what it is.
