My room was warm and the guy said he was coming back to fix it and never did… I asked for another room and they said they were going to fix it and never did… Had to sleep all night in a hot room… I wouldn’t recommend this hotel….

I brought some laundry. Who brings laundry? Machine were broken. Beach clothes, towels, mine. I wanted to wash instead of leaving them in the car along with beach attire. Enough

The aesthetic from outside looks fancy. I would rate my overall stay as 4/5. This is because every day, I get a knock on the door for "house keeping" which I did not request. It somehow disturb my sleep in the morning. The gesture and the service being offered is good, but I would appreciate it if they do such only if the guest requested it. Also, the elevator smells so bad (weed). For a person who is allergic to smell, that was not a good experience.

Great customer service

On weekends and sometimes during holidays the price is lower than most of the roach motels. It’s super clean and high end. They also have an amazing service and the deposit credit is extremely fast. I got my deposit back within 24 hours.

Comfort is all i can say with the exeption of non functioning A/C unit at midnight and had to switch rooms.

Probably one of our top places to stay. We needed a last minute cheap room and this place never disappoints. We got the queen room this time and although it’s tiny it’s super nice and clean. The beds are super comfy.

In downtown lots of options for dinner always a good time at Murphy’s square

Clean and friendly people

Great spot in a convenient location. I did like the A loft in Cupertino a bit more because the rooms were more spacious, but all in all - great stay!
