Amazing hotel, had a great time, great staff, very clean, very good location

Nothing worked in the room. The radio was broken, the phone didn’t work, the heater was broken. It took over an hour for someone to come to the room to fix the heater. A cleaning lady just walked into our room within the first hour of us being there. She didn’t knock and just walked right in. The heater itself was so loud and kept us up all night. I’m not one to write reviews, but i definitely felt like I needed to write something for this stay. We will not be back again.

The room was very nice. We love real glass and ceramic glasses and coffe cups. The staff was wonderful

Had a lovely valentines stay at Sens hotel. The staff is very warm & welcoming and always available at front. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures.

Hotel was a bit threadbare. Shower leaked onto bathroom floor. Wallpaper peeling over the bed. Hallways need a full refurb

Worst service they charged me for brekfast even though its included in the stay for room occupants there was no parking left. Why did you open a hotel if there is no parking truly disappointed

A luxury hotel with a spacious room near ample parking. Service was excellent.

Stay away from the breakfast. $25 for food that you could find better at a soup kitchen. The staff and rooms were great and I would recommend the hotel. Just stay away from the breakfast.

The women working at the front desk were outstandingly helpful, polite and friendly! the room was super clean and i had a great view from my room. I will always stay here again. the neighborhood is super cool, lots to walk around and shop and eat.

Staff wer helpful, room was clean but it (classic room)was very small and the bathroom was super small ( open floor space was about 2x3 to 4 feet) I feel it was overpriced at approx 220 total Overall. It was ok but there was little aound re restaurants fast food, corner store there was a mat for winter boots but so little space you had to walk on it to get to fridge or into bathroom. The decor was fine but no drawer for clothes, lighting was a bit dark and on

This place was perfect. It was clean, had beautiful rooms, friendly staff. We will definitely be back!
