Very clean and variety breakfast

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of everything! The room was very clean with comfortable beds. we loved the breakfast with so many delicious choices. The staff was top rate throughout the hotel!

The Hotel is now being changed to Coast Hotels. It was very clean, rooms were nice and best of all was the nice gal at the bar from the Ukraine. An absolute charm and needs a big promotion. She was great. Had a nice dinner. My only suggestion is change the wine list! The wines you serve are not at all decent and let’s step up the game. Travelers know their wines and want a good selection especially ones from the Okanagan!

The property is impressive, and the staff were consistently helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the variety of nearby dining options and thoroughly enjoyed our final dinner at the adjacent Asian restaurant, “Claypot Asian Food Kitchen”. While my family rated the hotel highly, we strongly recommend enhancing the breakfast menu. This improvement would significantly elevate the overall guest experience and with it, our next rating would be “very” excellent.

Hi, nice designed hotel, good location for travel to downtown, or Stampede. This hotel needs a " color " update, dark, but nice, staff worked well, could have used a good " Stampede" outfit, to perk them up, and be part of the celebration , given, all immigrantes as it goes. The front desk could use perky clothes, they were all in black, hoodies, etc., masks a bit much for a celebration and for tourists. This could all be done minimal money, and give the staff a perk up, and think they would appreciate. All good, but a bit more could be done, I would stay there again. Jacqueline Dunham Victoria BC

After an unfortunate experience with another accommodation, we booked the Coast Calgary University Area Hotel at the last minute, and we’re so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, kind, and made the check-in process quick and stress-free. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after a long day. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and felt like it had been prepared with care. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and we had a great night’s sleep. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and amenities, and having booked through Expedia made the process seamless. We truly appreciated how this hotel turned around what had started as a very stressful evening. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and reliable place to stay in Calgary. Thank you to the staff for making us feel welcome!

Beds were very comfortable, staff were very friendly, hotel and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast was amazing and they were able to accommodate my gluten and dairy free restrictions. Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay again!
