The pool was frigid, the ice machine was malfunctioning, and the parking facilities were inadequate.

Absolutely unacceptable stay. From the moment we walked in, it was clear cleanliness was not a priority. The entry to the room was dirty, and the heater had visible grime on it, complete with a small cheese curl stuck to the side. That alone tells you how thoroughly the room was cleaned. It got worse. The toilet was clogged upon arrival, and there was white toilet paper plastered to the side of the bathroom door. The blanket had noticeable thick white stains, which is completely unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one charging paying guests. The room phone did not work, so we had to use our personal phone to call the front desk to request extra towels. The towels never arrived. On top of that, staff did not provide clear directions about which building our room was in, which made check-in unnecessarily frustrating. This was one of the most poorly maintained and poorly managed hotel experiences I’ve had. Basic cleanliness, functioning amenities, and responsive service should be the bare minimum. I would not recommend staying here.

Room in rough shape. Booking was for 2 people a king room, tiny pillows not king sized, very hard mattress 1 bath towel and one face cloth only.

The bed sheets were dirty. the room had no heat, even with the thermostat all the way up it was cold. People in hallway were running and yelling till midnight, and even after complaint staff did nothing .

Room was 3rd rate felt like I was staying in a roadside flop house hotel pictures must have been photoshopped not anywhere near what I seen would not recommend for even half the price pay the 15.00 more and stay at a real hotel down the street what an embarrassment to be called a Radison Hotel

Great staff and clean rooms. Very close to all shopping.

There was a burnt out bulb in the kitchen. There was a used face towel hanging on the shower bar. The walls were not properly painted. The staff was awesome.

Very clean

Rooms were acceptable, and clean but do not get cleaned daily if staying more than 1 night. Didn’t refill soaps, water, or coffee until the third night. Had to ask for more coffee. No complimentary coffee in lobby. Only given 2 towels, 2 hand towels, and 1 face cloth even though room booked for 4 ppl. Pool is small but nice and clean. No hottub.
