A clean and stylish hotel where it is convenient for tourists to sightsee around the beautiful city. Besides the hotel provides some “little surprise” e.g. welcoming letter and candies, tasty chocolate, hydrating water jar and refreshing music list. The staffs are nice and polite to communicate. Highly recommended.

I adore this hotel. Everything is great. Rooms are clean and spacious. Little details like daily chocolate and water. The location is nice in Basse Ville. Only ick is the parking is a bit difficult to get to and every time I had to knock at the valet cabin to get service.

This hotel was a cozy retreat during Carnaval. Our room (and bathroom) was spacious and spotless. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and there was always coffee and hot chocolate available. The location was terrific as well. Within a 10 minute walk of multiple wonderful restaurants.
