Nice hotel. Great location to walk to everything. Staff was very friendly except the ladies who serve breakfast. They are very rude. Rooms are very small and the beds super hard and uncomfortable.

Hotel Gotico was safe, clean, convenient, excellent service, location, conveniently located in Gothic Quarter close to metro station.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. Ottima colazione. Perde punti con la camera, dotata di un piccolo e insufficiente armadio. Il bagno,oltre a non essere dotato di bidè ( cosa normale in quasi tutti gli hotel di Barcellona) è dotato di un piccolo lavabo senza nessun punto di appoggio.

Love everything about this place. Stuff was great

Great location for wlaking around to all of the tourist spots in the Gothic quarter. Unfortunately, it is located on a very busy street with a lot of noise all hours of the day and night. If you need a quiet place to sleep, make sure your room is not facing the street.

Arriving well before check-in after a cruise, I was met with friendly and efficient service, and my luggage was safely stored. My room was clean and well-supplied, though I was disappointed by the thin walls, which allowed significant noise from neighboring rooms. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. However, the most significant event was the theft of my phone while I was out. Without my laptop, I was in a difficult situation, but the hotel's reception staff were incredibly helpful. They assisted me in contacting my spouse in the US, allowing me to remotely erase my phone data. Their prompt and compassionate response was truly appreciated.
