Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. We had a king. Nice big TV. Check in was easy. Breakfast was okay the girls kept refilling and was very clean. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

We had a great stay. Breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable and the room seemed very clean

Property did not accept cash and my debit card was .14 cents short on the cover. Had to go next door instead

The room was smaller, but they had a great breakfast. BUT, the main issue: bed bugs. We thought we had a bunch of mosquito bites, except we had not been around mosquitos, and the bites were after we slept and many in places mosquitos would have no access to. After a couple of days, we hit the internet and sure enough, the look of the bites, the itch, and how they have been since . . . bedbugs. So customer beware. It can be a real challenge for hotels because once there, they are hard to get rid of because of the number of places they can infest. Sigh. It was a great place otherwise.

They had super easy check in, and when I wanted to extend my stay it was just a hey can I do this, with no fuss. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Pool was nice

My husband is gluten free and there was always something for him to eat at breakfast. The pool was as nice.

Excellent stay. Were able to accommodate stay requests. Wasn’t noisy at all. Def recommend

Clean and amazing pool and hot tub

Quick overnight to break up a long road trip. Checked in after 9pm and given room 124. Room smelled musty. As we were about to settle in, daughter found mold growing on the wall. Front desk was accommodating and switched us to room 128. Room was also very musty smelling but at least no mold to be seen. However she sprayed an unknown cleaner (not an aerosol) to try to cover up the smell. Now it smelled musty and like cleaner, and all the surfaces (floor, table, etc) were covered in a think layer of cleaner. This made the floor feel like an ice rink. Glad this was just an in and out.

I like that the hotel has a hot tub/ indoor pool and breakfast available. Didn’t like staying in room 102, it’s close to the exit door so heard it slamming all night from people coming in and out the hotel. Also with the room being on thw end I smelled people smoking which gave me a headache

Everything was in good condition! I was glad to stay.

The breakfast was actually pretty well seasoned. Not blad like other hotel I've had. Rooms were really clean and so was the entire hotel. Parking was great with spots all the way around the building. Only complaint was the beds were a little hard but i sleep on pillow tops at home. I always trust bw to be clean and dependable.

we liked the breakfast, the Pool and the cafeteria, personal. We did not like: the smell was a little stinky.

It was ok it took us a long time to get thereand i call the motel 3 times to get directions we left wv at 9 and we finally got to the hotel at 7 it was horrible
