Comfortable and refreshing

The property is close to the Eastgate Mall. There is a clear need for improvement in general cleanliness of the apartment/rooms and consistency in the replenishment of bath towels.

Not so good. They need better towels.

Das Einchecken war etwas holperig, der Empfang durch den Mitarbeiter nicht sehr freundlich…. aber am nächsten Tag wurde alles sehr charmant und professionell von einer freundlichen Damen sehr zufriedenstellend geregelt. Mein Zimmer 102 war gut, die Mc Laren ähnlich laut wie die Rennwagen, aber sie hat gut gekühlt. Das Bad in Ordnung, Bett und alles andere auch. Ein gutes Hotel in Flughafennähe und zu einem sehr guten Preis

it was amazing relaxing and close to the mall - walking distance.

Overall a very decent stay and experience. Staff were great. Unit was clean enough but could have been a little better.

It works for a 3 star accommodation hotel. However there appears to be a fundamental Shortage of towels. Be prepared as a guest to get interrupted for dirty towels around 9am and then again about 4pm when clean towels are delivered. Very unusual as the majority of hotels I have stayed in remove dirty towels and replace them at the same time as the daily cleaning of the hotel room.

Esse hotel não pode usar o nome da rede mercure. Tive uma péssima experiência. O hotel parece aquelas motéis de beira de estrada que vemos em filmes. Tinham 2 quartos, mas não tem ar condicionado no quarto, apenas na sala. O banheiro tinha muitos vazamentos, tinham baratas na cozinha, cheiro de mofo, tudo muito velho e super macabro. Sorte que ficamos apenas 1 noite, mas não recomendo. As 09 da manhã a camareira bateu na porta e queria porque queria entrar no quarto para trocar as toalhas, sendo que avisamos que já estávamos indo embora (2 horas depois).

Enjoyable

Has all the bases covered - but nothing wow. Amenities are a little dated - the TV channels were not great considering it was a Rugby World Cup match and it was not showing. The food court nearby was not great - closed a little early and the food was not great quality - even for national franchises.

My room had problems with the tv remote control. Otherwise everything was good.

Good location, Eastgate shopping mall just opposite and within walking distance. The apartment was with 2 rooms, spacious.

Hotel is great and staff is friendly
