Propre, bien tenu, toujours agréable d'y séjourner!

The hotel itself was great. My issue is with Expedia. It should explicitly say that the hotel charges a supplemental cost ($20) for a couple in a room. It was annoying to discover as you arrive and check in.

All round excellent experience. The rooms were big, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Lots of restaurants around and the restaurant below is exceptional!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel room was clean and beds were comfortable. Spacious for the little one to explore around a bit. If in need of a crib being crib sheets. The crib is the folding playpen with basic mat only. Parking is on another street though behind the hotel there is an area to disembark for a few min and check into the hotel. Distance from Frontenac and nearby sight-seeing is a 23-28min walk depending on time of day. A light travel and foldable stroller is strongly advised.

Our room was modern and spacious. Thw cleaning of the room was so-so.

Nous sommes resté seulement une nuit et j'en aurais pris plus. La chambre était belle et très propre, tout comme l'hôtel.

Overall nice hotel and well located

The bed linen was dirty and had blood stains on them. It was a huge disappointment after a long and tiring trip...would like to see some major improvements.

Everything was good but microwave was in the basement I think it should be in the room and the secybed was sofa vum bed there should be two queen beds

Excellent Hotel

La comodidad, el hotel en general y atención del personal estuvo muy bien. Hubiera agradecido que cambiaran o limpiaran los vasos y tazas que se usaban, o mejor ofrecer desechables. Solo hubo cambió de toallas. Contar con limpieza del cuarto en un hotel debería ser un servicio básico y no considerado un servicio adicional con costo extra. Es parte de lo que se busca como algo positivo de la experiencia de la estancia en un hotel y diferenciado de espacios como airbnb. Las cafeteras de cada cuarto son ruidosas y se escuchan las de los cuartos contiguos.

Room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly. It’s not right in Old Quebec but not a far walk or Uber ride.

Very nice newly renovated room with nice small touches. Very quiet and comfortable. In a great location to access the local entertainment.
