Great hotel with lovely staff. Spacious and comfortable room. Location meant we had good access to both beach and historic centre. Breakfast was fabulous.

Menos por un desencuentro a la hora de la entrega de la habitación, querían adjudicarme una habitación menor a la que había contratado. Y mantuve un conversación tensa con la recepcionista del hotel pero al final me la cambiaron… todo lo demás correcto.

Estancia muy confortable. El check in fue muy rápido. La habitación amplia, limpia y moderna. La cama muy cómoda. El baño grande, con una ducha amplia y bidet. Solicitamos la reserva de aparcamiento en el hotel, a17€/dia, siendo el parking muy cómodo y con acceso directo al hotel. Además el hotel está muy bien situado, en la parte nueva de Cádiz pero a 10 minutos andando del casco antiguo.

Bel hôtel à 2min de la plage, mais loin des attractions. Calme, super buffet petit-déjeuner, personnel très aimable.

Very nice hotel. My only real complaint is that the elevators are really slow. But everything else was great. Very close to the Atlantic Ocean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff are really good. They are very professional and welcoming.

This is a fine hotel - well maintained, clean, and modern. However it is the staff that made our stay outstanding. The staff are all very helpful and hospitable, and always willing to go the extra mile.

It was an excellent choice. The room and the reception were perfect.
