Hotel is beautiful, room is comfortable, easy access to the parks.

Very old property and the age shows. Not worth the high room tariff.

Excellent hotel

We stayed here for 9 nights in Club Level and enjoyed our stay. House keeping is clearly overrun, sometime our room wouldn't cleaned until after 6pm which was a bit frustrating when you'd run out of towels etc.. beyond that all good, Club Lounge is a nice space, you can easily eat a decent breakfast and dinner there.

The hotel itself is very nice, but the room was just ok. For the amount of money paid per night, the room was pretty bare, nothing special about it at all. The only thing that made the hotel worth the price, in my opinion, is the fast passes that were included for the parks. Overall, it was clean, ok enough, and I would stay again, but only for the fast passes.

Great location

Loved being able to text for requests and check out and have immediate, friendly responses. The room was clean and bright, and the beds were comfortable. The shuttles were plentiful and efficient and we very much appreciated that.

Excellent hotel! Would stay again.

Selling points: - universal fast passes - beds are comfy - quiet - rooms pretty decent space Cons - price is a bit high but so is everywhere in area - pools at other resorts a bit better for kids

Hotel is very nice and quiet. Was able to check-in early, leave or bags to go to the park and receive a room is ready text around 2-2:30 pm.

The staff was very friendly, the water taxi was a great way to get to/from Universal, and the rooms were wonderful.

Infelizmente nosso quarto era no 1 andar, estava com muita umidade e acabou acarretando em uma alergia na minha mulher. No mais, hotel extremamente espaçoso e confortável. Somente os tapetes do quarto que estavam com um cheiro nao muito agradável
