Good, but we need to replace the new equipment

There was a bed bug

The staff was amazing and hotel was nice and clean. Some guest were pretty loud in the hallways after 11:30pm, but the room was quiet…overall it was a great stay.

This location was perfect for us. Easy on and off the highway. The staff was very professional and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. The air smelled fresh but the scent in the lobby trigered my allergies. May I suggest you tone it down?

Everything was excellent. The bed was a bit uncomfortable....but not a problem. We're use to our sleep number bed.

Rooms very nice. Beds comfortable. Building going on right next door so plan on being up early.

Very helpful staff and clean

We had a terrible night’s sleep! There was some kind of alarm bell that woke us up. I could hear it in the hallway. I initially thought it could be a fire alarm, but my husband said it wasn’t loud enough for it to be that. It finally stopped after 15 minutes. At around 5:30-6 we heard the clock alarm from the common door room next to us. We had to call the front desk to go to the room. We were told the alarm was going off while guest was in bathroom and he couldn’t hear it??? Obviously, not enough noise buffering!! We won’t be back.

Property was clean and convenient to food options. Easy check in and beds and pillows were clean and comfortable.

Nice place to stay real hot breakfast and also had gym . Very convenient and accessible to highways and shopping

Don’t stay in room 124. It is next to the side entrance… door slammed late into the night and started again early in the morning. Hotel was full… good for them, a Rowing Team was eating breakfast when we tried to eat. We came back an hour later, food was good… bacon rocked!!

Very friendly staff

Suite size was great. The pullout coach was old and worn. Cleanliness was okay, carpet was vacuumed but like tight corners were slightly dirty. Same with bathroom, behind around toilet area seemed a bit dirty too. Overall for the price and accomodations was okay. The breakfast highlight was the pancake maker machine. The eggs weren't the best. Only meat options were pork. Good cereal, muffins, yogurt, etc. selections.
