Didn't know the pool was being worked on and closed but nice place.

2nd year in a row booked and pool was not working i have grandkids i took there for fun. I called on Wednesday when i booked to make sure pool was working and they said yes came to check in on the Friday and they said it wasnt working. This is the 2nd year in row this happened. Very disappointed. Never booking there agsin.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Rooms are small though and lots of sound travels between the rooms. Pool couldn't keep towels supplied to be able to dry off. For the price, value wasn't there.

Didn't try any food from the restaurant. We had family come visit for a few hours, and the bedroom suite worked out perfectly. Bed was comfortable, and pillows were great!

The pool was absolutely disgusting.

The room was incredibly overpriced compared to other booking sites and it wasn't even the room that was displayed in the pictures it wasn't at all what I had wanted.

Not a lot of shops near by, but Brandon is not that large. We did not have a suit

Clean, friendly staff, lots of room, plenty of ammenities, very comfortable bed. Apparently there was a hockey tournament so the place was packed, yet little noise or other issues. Vending machines weren't user friendly, however Dollar store next door so who cares...

Room was nice and clean and staff was friendly.

Loved the underground parking

Stay was for a small vacation with our 3 kids. My sister and her husband and 2 kids also booked a room to join us. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and water slide. The pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. We spent two days explaining to 5 kids between 2 and 5 why they couldn’t use the pool. We would have appreciated the hotel telling us ahead of time that the pool would be closed so we could change our booking. We won’t be back.

We had no water for a full day until 8 at night, zero sympathy of leaving a prepaid room two days early as my daughter passed away. Never again to use Expedia OR Clarion.
