Un dédale de couloirs (pas loins de 300m de marche pour accéder à la chambre, la télé qui ne fonctionne pas et le fil de branchement du tel qui manque (pratique pour joindre la réceptions.) Ajoutez à cela de nombreux appels téléphoniques à la réception à partir de mon portable sans réponse…. Bref, j’avais choisi cet hôtel de meilleur standing et plus cher… j’irai ailleurs la prochaine fois

The room was hot and small for 4 people. The sofa bed slats broke twice. We could not manage to turn off the heat or the sound of the fan and heating and as a result had a very low quality sleep in a hot room. The rooms need updating. The toilet had a smell of urine. It was clean, but there was a smell of urine coming from somewhere. I also did not get my $10 change from the restaurant. That was my fault as I was distracted by my kids. But no one called after me to give me my change. Overall, a very poor quality stay in Novotel. The front of house reception was very nice and accommodating.

Unfortunately, the refrigerator in my room wasn’t working, and I wasn’t able to get an update on the repair. I was offered the hotel’s shared fridge instead, which didn’t feel private. This doesn’t quite meet the standard anyone expect from a four-star property.

Enjoyed the stay so booked again
