Room was fine, fabulously comfy bed, good quality large screen TV in room, general environment good, and very helpful and friendly staff that were all very welcoming. Only negatives would be food that was OK, but not really that good, and only one working EV charger (that was occupied.....)

The property was clean, breakfast was good. Didn’t like the walk along the back of the hotel to get to our room - quite dark and didn’t feel safe

We used it to visit Derriford Hospital, the staff are so helpful as it was a distressing time for us. It was lovely to have a nice area in the cafe to sit down together on comfy sofas and chat. Also it was nice and easy to rebook for rooms in the future at the desk and not on line.

Good location and the hotel was clean and the room in good condition.

Nice hotel, however the location of being at Marsh mills was pushing it I think 🤔 It was actually another 30 minutes drive…🙄

Excellent for the intended purpose but not for extended stays, I think.

Most everything about the room was clean and tidy, the toilet pedestal however was very dirty, the cleaners need to look below the seat area! Carlos on reception was great thank you

Have stayed here a few times , the staff are excellent and so helpful if there is a problem. Good parking and can get something to eat on site .

Spotlessly clean facilities. Very comfortable bed. Staff at checkin/bar/restaurant really lovely and friendly. Very welcoming. Dog friendly, dog got a sausage on arrival. Beautiful river walk and country park within walking distance. Shops and facilities nearby. Very much enjoyed our stay.

I love it here I stay here all the time the parking is here at the hotel and everything is at ur convenience even shops or the a38 back onto the motorway whatever you need…. Kind Regards Mrs Mary Gail Edwards…..
