As someone who has gone twice to the resort back to back(2025-2026) Resort was amazing as always good is great customer service is amazing Down side I just came back June 14th 2026 and they are remodeling views and pools look like they need to be touched up (has a bit of mold and missing tiles within the pool on the side and bottom. Lastly they have this promo where you can experience another of there resorts which is cool but in reality there’s a catch (which is okay ) You have to listen to a 90min sales pitch I was okay with all of it since they give you 65$ to spend at the hotel and free pass for another resort all day. Downside in my experience we told the seller we weren’t hungry and yet he took us to eat to wait for him because he was hungry, (since we were under the 90min timer we had no choice ) the worst part is that even though we told seller we are not interested they got super upset and fuzzy even his boss gave the worst attitude honestly ruin the mood and didn’t want to experience this new resort and wasted part of my day

We had overall a good stay. I just got upset when I tried to book one of the restaurants w/ better food for the evening and the staff said that all of them were already full, which is def not true, the hotel wasn't packed and the other night we went we were the only tabled served. They could do a better job with the drinks as well, they're terrible. There are not drinks like apperol, moscow mule, fitzgerald, bloody mary, only soda + alcohool or alcohool and some very sweet syrup. Could only drink beer. BUTTT overall, a good stay, right at the beach, confortable and near the Quinta Avenida.

I've stayed at six different all-inclusive resorts, this was unfortunately my least favorite. The resort seemed understaffed, especially at the buffet, where we often waited 10 minutes or more just to receive drinks. While the staff worked long hours and appeared overwhelmed, the service experience was inconsistent, and some bartenders seemed frustrated when taking drink orders. The hotel would benefit from hiring more staff. The entertainment was very repetitive, consisting mainly of beach volleyball, pool volleyball, and similar activities each day. The entertainment team also lacked the energy and enthusiasm I've experienced at other resorts. The pools could have been maintained better. My son actually cut his toe while swimming, which was concerning. Dining options were limited, with the buffet being the primary choice during the day. There were two additional restaurants, but they were only available by reservation in the evenings. One highlight was the late-night taco stand, which we really enjoyed. On the positive side, the resort was small and never felt crowded. Because tourism was low due to the sargassum, we often had the pool almost entirely to ourselves during our seven-night stay. The resort did not meet the expectations we had based on our experiences at other all-inclusive properties.

Landscape

Property was cozy , clean and nice. I also enjoyed the evening entertainment a lot. The only thing that I wish was better is the food quality. The quality of Mexican food I get here in the US is way better than the food served at the resort. However, cleanliness of the facility and staff courtesy were more important to me I am not alcohol drinker. I wish there was a way to make up for people like me - better food quality and nominal fee for being served alcohol maybe? Thanks

Everything was great besides the food. They need more Mexican authentic food. I’d rather the food a solid 3/10:((. Loved the staff and the drinks were amazing. Alermo was the best bartender ever hands down.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff and the whole area was clean. Saw a lot of employees cleaning and doing maintenance to keep the hotel in excellent conditions. Pool was very clean as well and the main restaurant “Chula Vista” offered a different menu everyday. I would just say that a few improvements are needed in the seasoning of food to make it more delicious but presentation is amazing!

Upon entering the resort we were welcomed with champagne and helpful staff that assisted with our luggage. My husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon and appreciated our getaway at such a beautiful location within steps away from the beach. Resort has lots of amenities and a great a variety of food and drinks. Highly recommended!

La playa está increíble, el personal es amable pero el servicio de bar es muy malo, solo ha un bartender así que la fila es enorme y ya que llegas por tu drink no hay agua mineral ni coca cola, hay otro bar en la alberca pero el personal sale muy seguido.

Our stay was great!! 5 days, we enjoyed the food, the beach, the lounge chairs, the snack bar, the pool bar, the music, the à la carte menus, the drinks, the staff were friendly and helpful right from the start. Overall a great resort for what you’re paying

The staff were generally friendly, but there weren’t enough of them. Many times, stations were understaffed or not staffed at all. The pools were not very clean and were too warm for my taste, although my son didn’t mind. The beach is beautiful and spacious. We visited during seaweed season, which was disappointing. They do try to clean it, but it’s a Sisyphean task—it’s very hard to keep up. The food was very mediocre, including at the Italian restaurant. The Mexican restaurant was better, but unfortunately two of us ate something there that caused severe food poisoning and cost us an entire day of our vacation to recover. We reported it, but the response felt like a dismissal of responsibility. Overall, you get reasonable value for the price. We did appreciate that it’s a smaller resort rather than one of the huge complexes, and it was nice that it’s built within a jungle setting rather than as one large building.
