Very good hotel well managed helpful staff , rooms small ,comfy bed ,good shower only one lift which was a problem if on 9th floor!

Goed hotel, ruime en propere kamer, personeel is vriendelijk. Perfect van ligging. Ontbijt is misschien een beetje aan de kleine kant.

The room was very clean and a nice size for a double room. They have a little self service spot area, which is nice for those who like that. There are no amenities )toothbrush, toothpaste, shower, cap, etc.) in the room, bring your own items but other than that, that’s the only negative. Will definitely come back!

Fantastiskt rum, god frukost och grymt läge

Esta bien para pasar una noche. Los cuartos son extremadamente pequeños. Solo sirven para dormir. El precio de +420 euros por noche es exagerado.

The breakfast was not good, most days there were insufficient tables , the coffee machine only produced like warm coffee, the cooked breakfast was poor, scrambled egg swimming in oil, fried egg soled and the knives wouldn’t cut the bacon. Fruit and toast were fine, went out for coffee.

Excellent three night stay!

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt bin aber alleine angereist. Gebucht hatte ich ein Doppelzimmer aber bekam ein Einzelzimmer. Zumindest sah es nicht aus wie auf den Bildern.

Das Zimmer war sehr nett eingerichtet und hatte neben dem Bett noch eine Couch sowie einen Hocker. Es war sehr ruhig, nach hinten hinaus gelegen und wir konnten wunderbar schlafen. Einzig das Design ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Wände sind in den Gängen und im Eingangsbereich schwarz und wirken etwas düster. Die Dusche hatte guten Wasserdruck und das Waschbecken ausreichend Ablagefläche. Das Frühstück am Morgen hatte eine super Auswahl und war geschmacklich einwandfrei. Es wird in Büffetform angerichtet und immer nachgefüllt. Einzig der Frühstücksraum ist etwas eng bestuhlt und man sitzt quasi Seite an Seite mit anderen Gästen. Alles in Allem, wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Lovely rooms & bathrooms, bed linen & towels. Great breakfast selection. One negative for me, the English breakfast tea bags at breakfast buffet were poor quality; i used 3 tea bags to try to get a little strength in my tea.

Lovely hotel. Amazing staff who allowed me to check in early because there was a room available. Highly recommend. Airport bus stop is outside the door.

Very clean room. Breakfast was good, but not brilliant. Uncomfortable pillows & couldnt get room temperature control to work. Overall I would stay again, but I’d ask for a softer pillow.

Modern hotel conveniently located in the centre of Palma. Friendly staff. Modern practical rooms.

Huge wonderful hot tub.Sauna and steam room. Clean modern rooms with lots of light and more than enough English language channels on the large TV. Perfect location close to the marina and old town. Right across the street from the airport bus stop. Lots of restaurants and a large supermarket within a couple blocks. Very close to the perfect hotel.
